Huge Portions & Good Gluten Free Pasta - Edit
We order group lunches from here sometimes when we have workshops in the St George Office. I have never once been able to finish even half of my order. The portions are so massive!!
Read moreI always get the gluten-free penne as my base, which is a nice pasta with a good bite. I've had a few of the vegan varieties and I've always been pleased.
The staff are really accommodating and sweet. I'm always happy when we order from here, and I take my leftovers back to the hotel for late-night snacking.
Pros: Good gluten free pasta, Big Portions , Flexible ordering

Can veganize - Edit
They are open to veganizing dishes and were helpful to do so. Food seemed a bit oily and too much teriyaki sauce - which caused the food to be salty. Crunchy noodles that top the dishes have egg in them so ask for them to keep them off.

Good - Edit
Really helpful cashier/server (vegan herself) and owner let me know what could be made vegan.
Read moreWe had the pesto without the cream to make it vegan (house made pesto contains no cheese) which was great and the terriyaki noodles with tofu added.
Also tried the peanut butter balls but these were way too sweet for me personally.
It would be great to have vegan items marked or even a separate menu.

Great little place for vegan - Edit
Travelling and really wanted something healthy and filling. The cashier was able to explain how things are veganized, including their house made pesto. So although there are non vegan options, it looked easy to customize. We had the twisted noodles with tofu and the teriyaki noodles. Both were generous and delicious. Followed up with an assortment of their vegan no bake cookies and key lime tart, since it was my birthday. We liked the peanut butter best!

Very Flexible in Preparation - Edit
I had the twisted noodle, vegan style. Added Tofu for $2 extra, and found about 1 ounce. The chocolate mint dessert was so good it was consumed before the entree arrived.

Delicious and Nutritious! - Edit
Most of the dishes available can be made vegan as tofu can be substituted. The staff is also very helpful in identifying which ingredients should be removed if not vegan. Loved the fresh ingredients and flavor.

Hit the spot! - Edit
Highly recommend! My daughter and I each ordered the Asian Noodle Bowl without wontons and with crispy tofu in place of chicken. They added crunchy tortilla chips on top. The dish was flavorful and filling! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about how to veganize many of their dishes. They also were able to accommodate my gluten-free sensitivity with vegan gluten-free noodles. Vegan desserts and an assortment of lemonades were also appreciated.

Desserts and Service - Edit
We got the no bake cookies. Peanut butter was good, chocolate was okay, pumpkin was gross (was wayyy too much sugar). Service was okay, we think our server was maybe having a bad day.

Cons: Vegan options hard to understand.

great flavor - Edit
I came here with meat-eating friends and family while passing through town and was very pleasantly surprised! I had the Southwest Quinoa bowl (sub in tofu for chicken) and it was SO GOOD, the lime flavor was so strong and delicious. To top it all off they had vegan chocolate mint mousse, and while I usually don't like mousse this was sooo creamy and perfect. Highly recommend!

Good choice. - Edit
Finding dog friendly vegan restaurants on the road is a challenge, but this spot was a great choice. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of an office building with outdoor seating. The hostess brought our meals out as a courtesy, which we appreciated. Our portions, especially the penne marinara, were good sized, and all selections (quinoa bowl and wheat noodle bowl along with the penne) were tasty. Complementary infused waters were very welcome on a hot evening too!

Rude as heck. and not vegan in the slightest. - Edit
You can measure a company by how they deal with their mistakes. Some take full responsibility and rectify the situation proficiently with a positive outcome, or they treat their customers with utter disrespect like Twisted Noodle Cafe. In March my partner and I were travelling through St George on our way to Barstow and found this cafe via the happycow site. We ordered food Vegan and to go, so we could have something to eat on our journey. We stopped en-route and started eating our wrap and noddles. It became apparent straight away something didn’t taste right, maybe it had something to do with the bits of chicken and parmesan laced throughout the meal. We were shocked as to how these guys could have messed up so badly, given that the cafe was very quiet. We messaged them that night, only to received a couple of generic sentences and a half baked apology. Since we were not satisfied with their response we have been trying to contact them since to find a proper resolve, but they have ignored us and failed to get back to any of our messages. How a business can operate in such an unprofessional manner astonishes me. My feeling is that the management think their above it all and can so as they wish. It’s been noted on here and other sites how they’ve cross contaminated/ill prepared their food in the past, and it looks like it will continue. In the end it will take someone to fall ill, with either undercooked food or with a major food intolerance, for them to get their act together. Avoid these jokers at all cost.
