Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I believe a plant based diet is the healthiest way to eat, both for me and my plant.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I have used and recommended Happy Cow for years. Whenever I travel, I print area restaurants to plan my dining. Recently I have started to work with restaurants in my area to increase the vegan options! I was hoping Happy Cow would support their efforts.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Millenium in San Francisco is "lick you plate" good!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Ethnic foods provide flavor to enhance plant based foods. I love Moosewood's Tofu Lasagna and Emeril Lagasse's vegan chili.
