Market stall selling wraps with fresh cooked vegetables, soups (might contain dairy), and fresh produce wholesale from UK and other parts of Europe. July 2014 reported little/no vegan choices anymore. Open Thu 11:00am-5:00pm, Fri 12:00pm-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm.

Hot wraps that don't include falafel - Edit
One of the stands at the Borough Market. It has one of the big green market signs hanging from the market's roof with "Turnips" on it.
There is usually a big queue to pay and order and then get your wrap order. They sell fresh produce wholesale too but it is not on display, probably you need to ring up for it.
There are about two different choices of wraps with cooked vegetables in them. Half way through the aftenoon one of them often sells out. The wraps are juicy. They are rolled so you can eat them as you walk around as it being a stand there is no seating.
Sometimes service is a bit brusque/ offhand.
It is under five pounds for wrap, value is okay.
Pros: Quite freshly prepared, juicy
Cons: some choices sell out
