Excellent

100% vegan, delicious food, lots of dessert options, great service. Even though it's in a food court, it's one of the best vegan places in town.

Very nice "quilo" place in the city center

Our local friends took us to this Brazilian Kilo buffet with Asian influences, tucked away on the second floor of a rather plain-looking mini mall.

What a delightful find! I tried the unusual Thai spinach, which were cooked in a simple but delicious way, and the homemade tofu was just divine!

Traditional Brazilian fare like arroz com feijão and farofa was served just right – flavorful but not too heavy, ideal for continuing our exploration without feeling sluggish.

I'm already looking forward to returning, especially to try their chinese-style steamed buns and vegan brigadeiro.

This spot turned out to be a perfect lunch break during our city center visit!

Many unusual options to choose from

It's nice to have such a different vegan option downtown. The food was tasty, I just found it a bit expensive (it's per kilo, and my plate which didn't have much ended up costing around 35 reais).

Vegan for the Tsanimals

On the 2nd story of the indoor mall in a food court, this lovely little asian-Brazilian fusion buffet currently (as of #Febuvegan 2023) offers soy meats, tofu, raw salads, sushi rolls, a fermented wrap summer roll and more for R$48 per kilo. This is a great deal, compared to others in the area. I recommend to bring your own container and take the food to go and reheat yours at home if you like to eat hot food. Don't miss the green wasabi sauce on the counter to the right by the checkout. 💚🔥🧯🚒🌿🙏

Pros: vegan owned and operated, affordable, wasabi sauce

Great variety at low price

Several options in the buffet and the price per kilogram is very affordable. Everything that I tried was delicious. They also have natural juices and dessert options.

Cons: o ambiente

Nothing fancy, but delicious

So this is not a restaurant, but a small vegan buffet within a food court in a run-down downtown shopping mall. But if you're not looking for anything fancy this is an excellent option, the food is delicious! A nice girl attending me as well, offering a discount as she was about to close and cleaned up some options already.

Pros: Delicious food, Cheap, Downtown location

Cons: Nothing fancy, Foodcourt setting

Chinese Lunch with many students

On Friday at one o'clock I have eaten at Tsan. It is in a skyscraper in the second floor and there were many students and it was a little difficult to find a place. It was a self service with many different types of chinese food in vegetarian variantions. I payed for "prato livre" and a orange juice 18 reais. It is recommendable for who likes Chinese (asian) food. The Sushi was like some other sorts of food well made. I didn't like it that much because of the salad which was okay, the ambiance of a mensa and the service under pressure because of many students who wanted to eat fast.

Strongly recommend it

The food is fabulous in my view! I've been gone there for the last 6 years (around twice a month) and it's definitely one of the best places I ate in my life. Each day of the week they serve different options (mostly vegan) and I always find a new delicious dish there. The owners and workers are a lovely taiwanese family who take part of the vegetarian moviment in Florianopolis.
The only bad thing (and the reason by one unless star) is the place, always crowd, sometimes you need to share the table with other people eating a lot of meat, and often you may wait about 15 minutes in the line (the restaurant is very popular).

But all these things are smaller compared of the tasty food you'll find there.

Pros: delicious food, always fresh, great number of options

Cons: crowd place, noisy

Excellent Value

This small buffet is a part of a food court (with other quick-serve restaurants). There isn't much atmosphere, but the price and quality of the food make up for that. There's a mix of Chinese veg and Japanese veg food. Most items are vegan, and the items with egg are labeled. The staff is helpful, and at least one person speaks some English. You can fill up your place for about R$9, but they also have a per kilo option. The whole food court closes at night--so thus this restaurant can only be open during the day. Somewhere between a 3 1/2 and 4 star--I'll round up!

Pros: excellent value, good food, nice staff

Cons: not much atmosphere, only open for lunch
