O buffet é R$42kg, bastante diverso, desde saladas à pratos quentes, tudo muito saboroso! Também possuem suco do dia bem gostosinho. Cheguei ao meio dia e tinham muitos lugares vagos, mas assim que terminamos de comer estava ficando já sem lugares disponíveis.

Fica no subsolo do edificio top tower, junto com diversos restaurantes. Tem um espaço privativo para clientes do restaurante. Cada dia da semana tem um cardápio especifico. O valor é bem acessivel porém é um espaço lactovegetariano. É necessario perguntar para os funcionarios quais sao as opcoes veganas e pedir pra que tragam da cozinha (ex: pizza)

Amazing Vegan Food - Edit
A help yourself, food court style restaurant in downtown Florianopolis. There were around 24 options with a selection of dips and toppings. The owner is extremely friendly and showed us the two options which vegetarian, the rest were vegan. Arabic food was the special of the day. I thoroughly recommend all options but I especially enjoyed the vegan lasagna, falafel, hummus and fresh greens!

O local tem uma grande variedade de pratos, a comida é muito saborosa e o valor é muito acessível. Um dos locais mais certeiros pra almoço vegetariano e vegano de Florianópolis. Today I have eaten at Kulturas at midday and I liked it very much cause there was many vegetarian choice also falafel and a red rice sort I liked a lot. The waiters were very friendly (I spoke Portuguese). The only thing is that it's difficult to find cause it's in a skyscraper downstairs. I payed 18 reais for a good filled plate and a delicious juice.

Best value veggie buffet in Brazil (so far) - Edit
This restaurant is easy to find in the city centre. It's downstairs in the food court of the shopping centre. Most of the items are vegan including the soy milk based sauces. They will also bring you cheese-free vegan quesadillas if you ask. This is one of the tastiest all-veggie buffets I've been to in Brazil, and one of the cheapest. Like always, I recommend making yourself a takeaway meal as well if you've got a long bus trip coming up.
