Read moreWow this steak Paris with spinach and fried was phenomenal! It had bbq charred flavor on the outside and was juicy and flavorful- I never had anything like that since being vegan 🌱 I did not care for the sauce but the rest was incredible. So glad I came back here.
It does not look like a lot from outside but the food 🍱 is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly and you can get anything from pizza to curry to Turkish as well as lunch wraps and desserts.
The staff are very friendly even I did not speak Turkish. They have an English menu. The food takes a bit to be prepared which I did not mind because it’s freshly prepared and I was able to charge my phone while waiting. I had the piri piri chicken on spinach and it was very tasty. I was warned it might be spicy 🌶 but it wasn’t - but the taste was great.
I also got a chicken wrap to go and loved it too.
Totally recommend this place.
Because of the unfortunate inflation of the lira it was very affordable.
I love these little komboucha bottles that you can order!

Taco was very successful at @veganfoodcartel_ist. I can say that especially the jalapeno sauce on the side was the star of the meal, I ate it by pouring it on tacos🤤 I was very hungry so I finished it before I could even take a decent photo. Other options on the menu are usually meat equivalents, I don't like those textures much, but I'm open to try. They can improve their service, it wasn't very good.

We absolutely loved their vegan steak, it is the best one we’ve tried so far, it tastes like carne asada so much, well, not even in Mexico we’ve tasted something similar to this, truly mind blowing. A bit salty tho, but worth trying nonetheless. Same with their chicken, so good!

I ordered the veg shish kebab and was underwhelmed. Vegan chicken had an odd texture and was very tough and dense. It also tasted a bit bland. I wasn’t feeling very well so I imagine I would have enjoyed it more if I had more of an appetite.

They had vegan mayonese, so that was already awesome. The iskender kebab I imagined with an awesome cazik, bur was not creamy, also the seitan was not marinated well enough. Salad had no dressing which was different but ok.

You may think food is pricey but it's definately worth to try if you go Around Taksim. It's a vegan safe place. Usually all tourist visitors but locals comes by sometimes and i think looking around you and everyone is vegan,you feel safe. Foods finish up very quickly so it's better to go early if you have something in your mind to especially taste.

Had the Iskender Kebab. Tasty but a bit too expensive. The seitan was a bit thick and rubbery but the sauce and vegan yoghurt were really tasty. Friendly staff.
