Under The Olive Tree - Edit
Very relaxing and welcoming beach restaurant with a lovely decking area under a big olive tree, and stunning views.
Read moreVegan options are a little limited, particularly the mains and just one dessert option. Quite expensive too. We decided to get the grilled cauliflower and artichoke burger, with vegan cheese.
Unfortunately, the grilled cauliflower was hard in places and the artichoke burger was too oily. Enjoyed the refreshing ciders though.

We had the artichoke burger and the cauliflower steak which were both absolutely amazing. Artichoke burger Is definitely my new favourite burger ever. I loved the fact it wasn't a fake meat yet tasted so burger like 😋

I had the cauliflower steak on the first evening. It was really good with a great sauce and potatoes, beet root, asparagus and broccoli on the side. The burger is my favorite out of the two dishes I had. Super friendly staff and a nice location at the beach! Reservations are required!!

Delicious food and lovely ambience - Edit
We had spicy potatoes which were cooked to perfection and the sauce was the perfect amount of spicy yet still flavourful. I also had a vegan courgette pasta, which I have forgotten the name off but it has a delicious garlic sauce on. It is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for and I would definitely come back here. They did have a vegan dessert and even a wine labelled vegan but didn’t have a chance to try these.

Absolutely delicious vegan burger (lentils and beans) - Edit
I had the vegan burger today and I was happy that it was home-made with lentils and beans, not fake meat! It was very tasty and hit the spot so can't complain. The burger was served with fries and a lovely sauce of theirs (a pepper types sauce if I'm not mistaken). Unfortunately I didn't take a photo because I was very hungry at the time!

We took Padron Peppers for startes. They were very nice. For main I took Vegan Burger. Home-made vegetable pattie was nice. The bun and burger were pretty dry. I miss mayonaise etc. The fries weren't amazing. For dessert there was vegan chocolate mousse it was very nice.

Not too much vegan options, the options are clearly marked. Friendly service, good atmosphere, nice view. Food was delicious. I choosed the Roasted Cauliflower Chocolate Fudge cake. Bit pricey.

Olive Tree, Mallorca - Edit
Really enjoyed the atmosphere here, lovely lit candles at the table. We felt relaxed taking our time over the menu with the QR code. The portions are really big. We ordered the olive bread which was huge, fresh olives and olive oil were delicious (the dip was not vegan). Bravas with red pepper sauce, & mix of grilled veg (I wouldn't have ordered the carrots if I'd known they would be included in the veg medley). For mains we ordered the spicy vegan burger with vegan cheese and the only complaint was that the patty was not crisp, almost soggy, and the cauliflower steak. Again this had the same roasted carrots and some beetroot so I feel the veg could have been changed up a bit more. All together thought the experience was quite nice!

We were looking for vegan food in Mallorca but had very limited expectations of range and quality of cuisine (we’d settled on supermarket food and then the odd vg tapas dish in the evening).

Examples include: roasted whole carrot with toasted pine nut and samphire, cauliflower fillet with a creamy sauce, spicy bean burger, patatas bravas, oven baked beetroot, Chocolate fudge cake
This is not a vegan restaurant by any stretch but their options are thoughtful and creative. All this in a pretty tourist-heavy resort of torrenova it was a great find. It’s pricey, but you are well looked after

Cons: Most people in there are ordering steak/ribs, It’s expensive but reflects the quality

We’re seated no problem without a booking. Lovely vibe and view. Ordered vegan burger which was very nice. Came to dessert and ordered ‘vegan fudge brownie’ which came with vanilla ice cream. I didn’t ask for it to be made vegan as assumed from the title it would be. When it arrived I asked to check if ice cream was vegan and staff said it was not. This was strange as it didn’t say this on the website and strange to pair a vegan cake with dairy ice cream. Explained to staff and they got a new dish with just the cake. Could have been stated this on the menu. Would recommend if you go to check before ordering😄seemed like there were some veggie option ( cauliflower steak) too

Separate vegan and veggie menu. I had the bruschetta and the spaghetti arabiatta. Both were tasty and generous portion sizes. Also had a side of fried herby potatoes that were excellent. Restaurant is beautiful and in a great location on the beach front.

Several Vegan Options on the Beach - Edit
Ask for the separate vegan menu for several options including: vegan platter, spicy tomatoe pasta, bruchetta and icecream. I had the platter, which was tasty and huge. I didn't give 5 stars because there was no great protein source like legumes, tofu etc on the menu. Book in advance as this restaurant's really busy in season.

Excellent service ... they happily seated us just for drinks and desserts, with me having roped my party into heading for here on a promise of vegan ice-cream! They are very popular though so worth trying to book if you want to sit down for dinner. Loved my vegan ice-cream!! The rest of the party loved their options too.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal of vege tapas platter consisting of BBQ assorted veg and delicious sauce and fresh olive bread followed by vegan spicy pasta which I should have left some over as too full.
