Great food and great service - Edit
Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.

Super salty food here - Edit
The restaurant was cute inside though from the outside look of it I was hoping my car wouldn’t get broken into. Very sketchy area. Service was good. I was really excited to try their food so I ordered the biscuits and gravy over breakfast potatoes, a Bloody Mary, and a salad bowl (grilled tofu bowl) to go for later. I didn’t care for the flavor of either the biscuit or the gravy. The potatoes were super plain but absolutely covered in salt - pretty much inedible (and I like salt). The Bloody Mary was tasty at first but even that was very salty and after a few sips I could not drink it anymore. The “bacon” they garnish with took over the flavor and made me feel sick. The salad probably would have been good if I had used a dressing I liked but I went with some citrus dressing and as it turned out, it was mostly just a whole lot of oil. I did ask my server if their food is typically very salty - hoping this was a one off - but she said kind of sheepishly that the chef loves salt. So there you have it. If you enjoy copious amounts of salt then this is the place for you. I’d like to give them another try but if I do I’ll avoid dishes that would be salted. Big bummer when you prefer savory over sweet food.

Very kind staff and so much to choose from - Edit
The menu is huge! I chose the waffles with strawberry and banana. I couldn't finish it, it was a big portion. Very tasty! Along with it a smoothie and complimentary water. Waitress Nicole was very friendly. She let me sit as long as I wanted. I had problems with internet on my cell phone. TMV does not have a wifi network that you can use. Nicole was kind enough to turn on the wifi hotspot on her phone so I could order a Lyft.

Love the vibe in here. Second visit & will be here again when in Vegas! Portions are large. Great variety to menu with lots of options. Did I mention cocktails? If you have a well behaved/non barky dog, they are welcome! #Veganuary

Was 2min walk from our hotel. Place was so warm and inviting and loved the decor. They even had a coupon code for discount to take for first online order or delivery! Huge menu with excellent variety and choices! Will be back every time when in Vegas! You gotta go! #Veganuary

Most worth it vegan spot - Edit
Amazing serving sizes. usually vegan places are a little small for me on the portions so I'll spend extra buying two meals but the serving sizes were so filling that I took leftovers home! the food was well seasoned and prepared and the server was sensitive to my allergies. Would recommend!

The portions! - Edit
This place is amazing and the portion sizes are insane. I have never had vegan bacon taste as good as the real thing, but The Modern Vegan (I have no idea how) perfected the taste! Would definitely recommend. If they didn't say "crab cake" benedict, I wouldn't have known it was cran, but highly delicious nonetheless 😊

Great variety of vegan food, reasonable prices. A little bit away from the Strip, but worth the trip.

Okay, so this place was a surprise. I couldn’t find a menu online beforehand but trusted the other reviews. Holy smokes, so many options! My husband and I had two different sandwiches and they were great (although heavy for lunch). Highly recommend their house sauce for the fries.

A bit over hyped - Edit
Food tasted good and appeared like a big portion.. however, mine was about 70% mashed potatoes and my partner's meal was very bread heavy. A lot of filler food which doesn't justify the high prices. They also raised the price of both our items on the final receipt without an explanation.. a bit shady.. probably wouldn't go back here.

Pros: Totalmente vegano, Ambiente agradável, Comida saborosa

Amazing - Edit
Menu is quite varied, which made it hard to decide. We had the poppers app (HOT!), green curry, and Guapo burger. It was all delicious. We saw a lot of other dishes coming out of the kitchen - it all looked fabulous. Portions are HUGE , as several others have mentioned. Our server, Carlos, was very friendly and had great recommendations. Definitely deserves its rating as best vegan restaurant 5 years in a row. Thanks Happy Cow for helping us find it.

We thought there was no good vegan food in Vegas after a few less than stellar meals. We were wrong! This place is great! Nice atmosphere, great service and omg the food! My Boeuf Fettuccine and the BBQ Mac N Cheese my partner got were divine! I also enjoyed the lemonade refills.😄Highly recommended!

Fun & Delectable - Edit
This is a well run establishment. My bartendress/waitress was very attentive, as was the server girl.
Read moreFirst I ordered the Cadillac lime margarita (I ended up having another during my meal). It was perfect, not too strong or weak.
For an appetizer, I chose the cauliflower wings. They did not disappoint! I had them with three different sauces: 1) the ranch, 2) the barbecue & 3) the TMV sauce. All were excellent. The wings have that perfect balance of external crispiness and internal, delicate cauliflower tenderness.
For my entree I chose “The Cowboy” burger, and chose the french fries as a side. Oh my god!, I was transported into culinary heaven with both of these! It was like a religious ritual!
The menu is truly huge. I wish I lived in Vegas so I could try out more from the gigantic selection TMV offers!
And yes — somewhat expensive, but in my opinion, more than worth it.

Unforgettable - Edit
My expectations were very high coming in based on all of the positive things I had heard about the restaurant, but I can confidently say that my expectations were exceeded. I ate the Louisiana Fried Chick’n (pictured) while my dining partner got the cauliflower buffalo wings. The mashed potatoes served with the chick’n were unbelievable and were the clear standouts of an overall really solid meal. I wish I had more time here to try more from the extensive menu. I cannot recommend this enough😄

It was good, but could be better - Edit
I've eaten here two times. The first time was in October 2018, and the second time was recently in September 2023.
Read moreDuring my first visit, I was extremely impressed and thought it was absolutely delicious. During my second more recent visit, I thought it was good, but it could have been better.
During both visits, I tried the What Happens in Vegas, which is tofu scramble, vegan bacon, vegan sausage, breakfast potatoes, asparagus, and sourdough toast. I was new in my plant-based journey (plant-based for less than one month) during my first visit, so it's possible my tastebuds have just evolved. I've been plant-based for six years now. I'm not a huge tofu person, and it has to be cooked a certain way for me to really really enjoy it. This may have been why I wasn't as pleased. I like Just Egg better.
