Took almost 40 minutes to get a single, simple plate of food. Extremely average vegan eats, for the price not quite worth it. Tasted very… homemade but not in the good way. Portions were at least decent. For a top rated restaurant it didn’t really knock my socks off

Honestly was impressed by the number of options there were (had previously struggled in Vegas with one or two options seeming the norm). Huge portion sizes too, so don’t eat before you go!!

Lots of vegan choices!!! The whole restaurant is vegan!!! Had the banana pancakes and they were awesome! Wife had chicken and waffles and it was also bomb!!! Will be going back to try more tonight!!! Can’t wait!

This is one of my favorite stops in vegas. They have such a wide range of stuff to choose from. On this visit I ordered the fried pickles, bloody mary, and the buffalo sandwich with mac and cheese side. The fried pickles were a little on the salty side but I'm a salty [censored] so I didn't mind. I'll get a bloody mary every time I come here because they are so good and hard to come by good vegan ones. The buffalo sandwich was delicious but needed to use a fork and knife by the end cause it was so saucy. Which I love! Mac and cheeses are a good must try too.

We’ve been vegan almost 9 years and we have eaten all over the globe. It pains me to say that this is without a doubt the absolute worst vegan restaurant we have ever been to. The staff is extremely unfriendly and not knowledgeable about anything on their menu. The owner literally thinks that the impossible burger is soy free. If you’ve been a vegan for any amount of time, you know that those burgers have always been made out of soy.
Read moreThey serve me a burger that was so dry and disgusting with literally 2 to 3 cups of spinach on top that had not one drop of oil and vinegar and zero seasoning. After clearly seeing that I did not touch this burger they did not even offer to take it off of our tab. My husband ordered the truffle mac & cheese that is $30 and did not taste one bit of truffle oil and said it was hardly mediocre.
Trust me when I say this place is 100% hiding bad reviews because it is terrible. Go anywhere else in Vegas

This place is off the beaten path a bit, and it is AMAZING! Even my non-vegan wife was raving about it and said she would go back with me a second time during our weekend in Vegas (that’s saying A LOT!).

We split the brownie with ice cream for dessert, which is a very special treat as a vegan, of course.

Always wonderful to go to a completely vegan restaurant! Wish their menu was more descriptive about what the meat is in each menu item to help make decisions easier. I got the vegan reuben with side of mac n cheese which was so yummy! I do wish they had more original menu items that weren’t just impossible meat based. 4/5 stars because our server mistakenly put in the wrong dish for someone I was eating with who is gluten free, he brought out a meal that is not gluten free. He handled it well and had the meal remade but she had a weird reaction to the second meal. When we explained that her face/mouth were tingling and asked for a list of ingredients in that meal in case we needed it, he didn’t seem to know or really care about why we were asking. The food was good but would caution folks with allergies!

As someone that has been coming to Las Vegas annually since 2022, The Modern Vegan has been one of my Vegas staples every time! Truly one of my favorite restaurants I have ever experienced. The food is some of the most boundary pushing plant-based cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of trying. Plus their extensive and creative menu will keep you interested for many repeat visits.

On our most recent visit, our server Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience possible. I have had wonderful experiences over the years with all the serves I have had but Carlos was one that particularly stood out. He was wonderful to conversant with, gave great suggestions regarding the menu, and was very on top of everything with our table and experience.
Vegan or not, good food is good food and I promise you will be blown away but what this incredible team is capable of!

Love that they do breakfast in the evening. Had the Vegg's Benedict and it was really nicely done. Tofu was great, asparagus was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were fresh and nicely crispy. Generous helping of avocado as well. Great dish. Obviously lots more to try from the menu. First time in Vegas in a few years so was nice to get back there. Great spot.

Read moreI went for brunch, and was immediately impressed by the generous proportions consistently coming out of the kitchen. I had the Crab Cakes Benedict, which was formidable enough to need an extra side of the hollandaise sauce (🤤) to go with all the mashed potatoes. The flavors were perfect: the cakes crispy and briney, in balance with the creamy hollandaise and roasted tomatoes.
The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff friendly. My only regret is that I couldn't order one of everything!
