Great food and great service - Edit
Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.

Flavorful food and wonderful atmosphere - Edit
I enjoyed a truly satisfying vegan meal in Las Vegas. The wonderful atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service and a wide variety of flavorful menu options, made for a great experience. I had the Lobster Stuffed Portabello Steak and it was superb. I highly recommend The Modern Vegan.

Delicious late breakfast at TMV - Edit
Love that they do breakfast in the evening. Had the Vegg's Benedict and it was really nicely done. Tofu was great, asparagus was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were fresh and nicely crispy. Generous helping of avocado as well. Great dish. Obviously lots more to try from the menu. First time in Vegas in a few years so was nice to get back there. Great spot.

Huge menu, really hard to choose what to get!
Read moreWe got the lobster melt sandwhich and the spicy chicken and waffles. Both were delicious but quite heavy, and being a big serving sizes, felt a bit sick after eating so much. Don't force yourself to finish the plate!

If the traditional American diner had a hot, vegan sister - Edit
If you've ever wondered if waffles could be sexy, come here. If you long for the vegan-ized versions of your favorite nostalgic dishes, this is your place.
Read moreI went for brunch, and was immediately impressed by the generous proportions consistently coming out of the kitchen. I had the Crab Cakes Benedict, which was formidable enough to need an extra side of the hollandaise sauce (🤤) to go with all the mashed potatoes. The flavors were perfect: the cakes crispy and briney, in balance with the creamy hollandaise and roasted tomatoes.
The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff friendly. My only regret is that I couldn't order one of everything!
Pros: Menu - seriously, so many options, Flavor - familiar but fresh

Huge menu - Edit
Don’t be fooled by the dark windows. We thought the restaurant was abandoned from the outside but upon entering we were delighted to find a lovely restaurant with an expansive menu. My kids raved about the nachos and the chicken and waffles. I had the Vegan BLT sandwich which was pretty awesome too. I highly recommend trying the mashed potatoes, they taste so buttery!

A seven day a week brunch, lunch and dinner paradise on Naples Dr in the University (UNLV) area of town. They're located in a shared plaza lot with ample parking.
A modern chic layout.
Full bar, table, booth or bar seating.
Photo as well as video worthy opportunities.
A massive menu for eats as well as desserts, beverages, and more.
Their portions are big! Like enough to make any meal for two, possibly even three which makes sharing kind of ideal.
Absolutely instantly in love with their French Toast Bacon Grilled Cheese concoction. All the vegan bliss, plus two sides included (potatoes and fresh fruit). Definitely winning at life and off the strip :)
Dinning here with my fellow vegan friend Sid and our vegan friendly enthusiast Todd we had assortment of "wafflelicious," gravy covered and various to-go things.
Nicole our server was/is a one woman show. Her aesthetic, attitude and all-star service are also a huge part of what makes this place great. Slay mama slay!!!
Reservations recommended, but not typically necessary, though you can make them via Yelp, Google or Open Table.
Pros: Huge menu, Full Bar, Photo worthy hallway

We waited longer than one hour for our food and because of that the waitress ended up paying for our drinks. The food tasted good.

It was nice to see such a big selection of food. The Crunchwrap I wanted to love but, the meat was to greasy. Maybe just having an off day. Will definitely try something else on the menu next visit.

Giant menu, mostly all delcious - Edit
Not the best vegan spot but a giant menu with great food would keep me coming back to try more. I really liked their Louisiana fried chicken plate that had good mash and side veg. Their jalapeño poppers seemed freshly made and were very good and their fish sandwich was tasty as well.

Not great, tastes like the vegan processed food from ten years ago - Edit
I may have just ordered wrong but it was not very good. The poppers had that over the top plastic cheese taste. The “meat” in my Crunchwrap was deeply overcooked.

Huge vegan noms!! - Edit
Huge portions of delicious food. I got the Lobster Melt and my husband got the Crab Cake wrap. It said-add a side so we did and got charges for it so be aware. The waitress removed the fee but we added it with the tip. I felt the food was a bit salty but I don't use salt typically. Beers were a bit expensive and not price labeled but it Las Vegas.

Overpriced not very good - Edit
Make the food better. It wasn't all bad, they got some things right. Get rid of the nasty brand of cheese on the Philly, truly disgusting. The Mac n cheese was okay. They use a different kind of cheese that doesn't satisfy. The chicken sandwich was just okay. They look like they'll look delicious but they were unfortunately not. Both sandwiches just lacked flavor. At $22 and $25 dollars respectively for each sandwich I expected a hell of a lot more.

Beautiful restaurant - Edit
We left the stop to find this hidden gem. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, staff is awesome. We ordered the Philly steak and the crab cake wrap. Both were good. The Philly was our favorite. The crab cake wrap was ok, I um wrapped it and liked the crab cake its self the best. Overall we felt the food was rather greasy. We eat plant based so we use no oil, I’m sure this is part of the problem.

Pretty good! - Edit
The food here was pretty good - I didn’t like the jalepeno poppers but that might have just been my preference. The bacon Mac and cheese was also a big miss for me; honestly wouldn’t recommend. But, the Philly was delicious! And great portions. If we pass through town again I’d like to try other items on the menu. The staff were kind and quick to make the food!
