A few steps from the boardwalk, The Ice Cream Store offers various options for anybody's taste.
Read moreWe ordered the Coffee Royal. I thought it was good, not great. I believe there was some artificial or alternative sweetener because an aftertaste kept rising up that I didn't like. Although I wasn't in love with this flavor, I'd return to try another.
The variety in flavors is truly remarkable for Rehoboth which feels like a barren vegan land, devoid of many options.

Yum! I got the vegan cookie dough ice cream & it was super sweet and went so well with the waffle cone (which was also sooo yummy). I couldn’t eat a whole lot of it, so just know that you get a huge helping imo. But, that’s good considering it costs almost $10 - so pretty pricey. Anyway, I loved that it was oat milk based, since I’m not a fan of coconut. Lost points with me because their mango sorbet has fish oil in it - a bit odd to me. Otherwise, they have several options and that was nice😄

Tough Choices - Edit
This place had at least seven vegan ice cream options the day I went plus many sorbet options that also would have worked. I was all set to get my childhood favorite mint chocolate chip. Then I saw the sign for vegan milk shakes and switched to a coffee milk shake with vegan whip cream. I was so happy with it. Can't wait to go back next summer and try more flavors!

Nice to have some ice cream options at the beach - Edit
The current menu has 5 vegan options. Some bases are better than others. We tried the vegan mint chip, vegan caramel fudge swirl, and vegan cookie dough chip. I thought that the mint chip was the best overall flavor, and the cookie dough had the best mix-ins, but the base seemed pretty icy.

I was surprised to see the selection of vegan ice cream options compared to other places! I had the mint ch chip which I recommend! And they can turn any ice cream flavor into a milkshake, which I didn’t do but glad it’s an option!

Loved this place long before I became vegan, so I was happy to see all the options available. They have four oatmilk/non-dairy flavors as well as some sorbets. The cake cone is vegan, but I’m not sure about the others. The vegan mint-chip and chocolate chunk are delicious.

We got vegan ice cream from here 3 times during our trip to rehoboth. The flavors we tried (coffee, chocolate chunk, and oatmeal cookie, vanilla fudge swirl) were all delicious . They had 3 vegan ice cream choices to choose from. Coconut based and oat based.

They had 4 vegan ice cream options when we went but sadly they were out of the oatmeal cookie one. I got the caramel fudge instead and it was so amazing that it’s actually hard to believe it was vegan. It had the perfect consistency and wasn’t icy like some others can be. Highly recommend!

I had the vegan oatmazing cookie flavor and it was incredible! I had it in a vegan sugar cone which made it even better! I also love that they have an oat based ice cream in addition to their other coconut based flavors.
