Serves meat, vegan options available. Small restaurant on the boardwalk with extensive menu of Mediterranean and Arabic dishes. Has a vegan lentil soup and mezzes like hummus, falafel, and tabouleh. The kitchen is willing to make modification and substitutions to other dishes where possible. Be sure to ask for vegan sauce in your order. Note: serves lamb. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-7:30pm, Sat 11:30am-8:00pm, Sun 11:30am-7:30pm.

Attentive and accommodating service. A little pricy, but worth it. - Edit
Our waiter, John, was very knowledgeable and careful to accommodate our vegan and allergy needs. The food was good and fast. The place was very clean which is important to me. I had the falafel salad which came with only 4 falafels whereas the falafel appetizer had 5 falafels. We ended up ordering the appetizer to supplement the salad because I didn't feel like 4 falafel were enough, so we' then split the appetizer. My husband had the Veggie Meze Pita Wrap and he liked that very much.
Read moreWe decided to try the vegan baklava for dessert. That was somewhat disappointing. It was very dry because it had not been soaked in any kind of honey or syrup. They do not use honey at all at the restaurant they make their own syrup and sauces. The baklava came as three dry pieces with a syrup on the side. I don't think I would order it again.

I did not care for my meal. - Edit
The title says it all. No seasoning on anything I ordered. Falafel, tahini sauce, eggplant salad... Nothing. Pita bread was hard and sparse little strips and barely enough to get through half of the eggplant salad. The one star is for the owner because she had a beautiful spirit.

Authentic and delicious! - Edit
Love this place! Vegans should try the mezze platter. My family usually splits it as a starter. Tzatziki on the side for them, of course. The mezze pita sandwich is also really tasty. I love the falafel platter also. Say you’re vegan and they will tell you exactly what is easily modified, for example cous cous instead of rice (which they use butter to cook). They even have a vegan baklava! Try the Turkish coffee. It won’t disappoint. The family who owns this restaurant are so lovely. They are kind and accommodating. We love this place to eat in or take out.

Tasty Turkish/Mediterranean food - Edit
I had bean salad, babaganoush (both very tasty) and falafel sandwich (good) and fries. They also have vegan baklava (cigar style) which comes dry and not sweet but you get syrup to decide how much you want. I finished it all with absolutely amazing Turkish coffee.

Dinner - Edit
The pita and hummus were good, the falafel over cooked, dry and hard. It’s too bad I didn’t try the soup. Not many vegan choices!

Highly recommend! - Edit
I highly recommend visiting this place if you get the chance. It’s in a super great location and close to the beach. I asked for the pita platter with tahini instead of tzatziki sauce (as previous reviews recommended), and the woman working asked if I was vegan and told me the falafel platter is not vegan because there is butter in the rice. She told me some days they make vegan rice, so double check before ordering the pita platter. She recommended the falafel sandwich (on pita) or the falafel salad, and I went with the sandwich with tahini instead of tzatziki sauce. It was pretty good, not amazing but it was nice that their workers are knowledgeable and aware of vegans! The pita wrap was $10.99.
