Kindness personified - Edit
I arrived at the restaurant just after it closed (because the hours listed were not accurate). The manager on duty, Coquina Restrepo, overheard me telling the staffer that it was too late to go anywhere else vegetarian and that I would end up going hungry. She said, "no, we'll take care of you." Coquina then scraped together a meal of whatever she could find, sat me down, and let me eat. She was lovely and her kindness deserves a big callout. As you can imagine, I can't overstate my appreciation and recommendation to go to this restaurant.

Western and Thai vegan cuisine - Edit
Miss Green aka The Green Room. Is a restaurant so great they named it twice. I was just in Thailand a bit yet found this spot near Da'an Park. A wonderful park like Central Park. Friendly service. Enjoyed the music. Cool hip western music from the immortals.
Read moreThe menu lists dairy and egg yet is just an icon. Front of the house said fully vegan.
I went with the GreenROOM salad bowl. Tempeh. Veggies. Quinoa. Veggies. Basil.
Solid. Slightly expensive.
Pros: Vibe, Tasty, Friendly
Cons: Slightly expensive
