Good! - Edit
I had the bibimbap with toona sauce which was good, but a bit bland. The vegan fried egg that came with it was delicious though. Also got a plate of mixed dumplings that were good, but not the best I had in Taipei.

Healthy and a pure taste to enjoy veggies - Edit
I had the tofu bowl with Chinese toon dressing (toona sinensis) and I love the idea that they put five colors of veggies within the bowl. It is said that it’s better to consume different color for the nutrition, so I’d really appreciate the idea.
Read moreAside from the main dish, there are soup, fruit, tea pudding for the menu. I also ordered the fried tofu curd. (炸豆包)
All the seasoning is slight but infuse the original taste of veggies itself. But I would say the soup one is a really really healthy taste hahah.
Pros: Good portion for a main dish, Book selection is nice in the store
Cons: A bit pricy as menu for 300ntd

Really good! - Edit
I had the toona bowl with rice and a side of fried monkeyhead mushrooms. Everything was so tasty and fresh! I had a hard time choosing a dish as everything looked really good, so I look forward to trying more dishes in the future. The fried mushrooms were crispy and resemble chicken nuggets. Less healthy than other items on the menu, but delicious, so it was worth it! Will definitely return.

Great spot - Edit
I loved this place! Three of us shared a Yuli curry set meal (came with dragonfruit and your choice of brown rice or tomato noodles), which we upgraded to get a discounted drink (green latte) and dessert (mango Thai tea ice). We also got a plate of pan-fried cabbage and corn dumplings, dried bean curd sheets, and fried lion’s mane mushroom. Everything tasted fantastic, including the Taiwanese-style curry. My favorite was the fried lion’s mane mushroom. The dumplings were great, too. The green latte tasted like a homemade green smoothie. Our only regret is not arriving earlier and ordering more before the kitchen closed at 7:30pm. That’s too early!

Cute little place - Edit
I really liked this place. It took a little time to find it (good to remember that it's on a corner of a lane) but upon entering, you feel happy to want to dine here. After climbing a mountain and feeling the outside coolness, I was delighted to be warmed by the temperature inside and the curry I ate. Complimentary drink is available and the staff even disinfect your hands upon arrival. Really nice place.

Vegan kimchi bowls and gyoza - Edit
Got a little lost finding my way here as the place wasn't located where Maps said it was located, but anyway: menu looked good - I chose the kimchi bowl set with a side of gyoza, and the banana bread for dessert (I was hungry). There was some soup and fresh fruit (yellow watermelon) that came with the kimchi bowl. The soup wasn't particularly memorable, but the kimchi bowl was pretty good! Would eat again. The gyoza were perfect and fresh fruit is always a plus. The banana bread was very nice also. Interior is bright and clean.

Fantastic, clean food!!! - Edit
I loved this restaurant. The food was delicious, and felt very clean and healthy (not greasy, which is rare in Taiwan). This place is a must if you are in need of clean, healthy food, but also authentic and fulfilling. It's casual, but classy. You will not regret coming here.

Comfort food - Edit
Had a pleasant experience here, the food is a reflect of their space, simple and clean. The server helped me pick out a gluten-free and soy-free dish, the Kimchi Bowl with brown & purple rice. Their almond mylk Thai iced tea is delicious and satisfying. My partner enjoyed pan-fried dumplings and deep-fried lion’s mane mushrooms(both contain gluten). The portions are generous for their prices. A good place to go for a quick-bite.

Great Little Cafe - Edit
This is the type of place I miss from Japan, which is so rare in Taiwan: good, healthy food, cooked to perfection, and nice desserts, all in a simple, peaceful dining environment.
Read moreAgain like Japanese cafes of this type, portions are on the small side, but cooked to perfection, and surprisingly satisfying. I spent about NT500 on a main, two desserts (best I've had in longer than I can remember), and a drink.
Especially since Mianto has moved and Tofunia has (hopefully temporarily) closed, this is now the best option in the Daan Park area.
Pros: good food, good value, close to Daan Park
