Rare find on OR coast - Edit
Look, if this were in Eugene, it would not get 4 stars. But we all know how hard it is to find anything besides French fries that is vegan on the OR coast. They have tofu spring rolls, two vegan chick'n noodle dishes, and a vegan pizza. And they have vegan breakfast options, too!

Vegan Options on menu - Edit
We came here, as it was one of two open options, and there was live music! After waiting 20 minutes, we were seated. It was another 10 minutes before our server acknowledged us. I ordered the vegan pizza as is, and it was okay. The crust was super burnt in spots, the sauce was a thin layer, and the cashew cheeze was sparse, in clumps around the pizza but the flavor was good. I honestly wouldn’t order it again unless I was desperate.
Read moreWe also ordered the vegan peach pie with vegan whipped cream. It was delicious!
Lastly, my husband found multiple hairs in his pizza. Worth mentioning to make sure you check your food
Pros: Vegan options on menu, Vegan dessert
Cons: Lack of toppings, Expensive , Poor service, gratuity automatically included

Historic, friendly spot with great vibes - Edit
A nonvegan local recommended this place as having consistently the best food in town. So we went in with our fingers crossed about the vegan options, and they were right--what a gem! It has a large menu, but we were happy to find a few labeled vegan options, and most of them were really good! (I agree with another reviewer; the lettuce wraps were unfortunately a miss.) But the pizza was delicious, the peanut noodles were pretty good, and what a delight to find there was even a vegan dessert—an absolutely amazing Oregon peach pie with homemade crust and coconut whip. The food alone is worth another visit, but the service was also excellent.

Great bar, great location, and vegan options! - Edit
We stayed for two nights in Yachats and came here both days. Super solid spot for lunch and dinner. Lots of vegan options clearly listed. Dr. Praegers chikn as a protein option. Vegan cheese option for the pizza. Great bar and friendly staff. Also, vegan peach pie and coconut whip for dessert!!!

Amazing peach pie! Sad lettuce wraps - Edit
I had the "Thai lettuce wraps," which turned out to be more like salad rolls. I could tell they were pre-made, which made them low quality - the wrap was ripping, was too soft and too hard in different parts, and the lettuce was getting pink. Thankfully, the peach pie was INCREDIBLE. It was big enough for two, served with vegan whipped cream, and had a buttery crust... I would go back just for the pie! The ambiance and live music were nice too.

I got the teriyaki vegan chicken, which was great! Great service, so automatic 20% gratuity made sense! Lovely music on Sunday night

Fair amount of vegan items - Edit
We actually came here 2 times. First time had modified pizza. She Devil with Dr. Praegers Chick'n, cashew cheese, onions and bbq sauce. 6 bucks for sub chicken and 3 for cashew cheese. 😳 It was tasty. Next night had THAI LETTUCE WRAPS and fries. Both were really good.

Delicious food - Edit
I picked up dinner from here on a recent trip through Yachats. I had the teriyaki bowl, persian fusion bowl, and something else that I can't remember. The persian bowl stood out as particularly interesting and tasty, but all were good. The food is expensive but par for the course in Yachats. I would definitely eat here again. Recommended!

Fish decor? Umbrellas on point - Edit
Rolled into this local family joint, they had decent vegan options. The server seemed like a cool dude. A live band serenaded us with a smooth rendition of "Hotel California" while we ate our "Vegan, Again" pizza. A couple a booth down from us appeared to pray before eating, reminding us of our situation on the coast. Pizza was more than acceptable with vegan cashew cheeze and great crust. We also overestimated our pizza eating abilities and had to take second pizza to go.

HIDDEN GEM - Edit
Wow! I was so surprised to see so many vegan options on their menu. My (non vegan) dad picked this place for lunch and I was a bit nervous because he mentioned he saw one or two vegan options on the menu. To my surprise, they had many vegan options and vegan substitutes! Pizza, noodle bowls, rice bowls, savory crepes, lettuce wraps, and a pasta dish are the vegan options they have on their menu! Unfortunately their breakfast menu is lacking in vegan options. I tried the savory crepes which were interestingly delicious. I also saw that they had a vegan dessert option which is a peach pie with coconut whipped cream!!!! Wish I wasn't so full so that I could've tried it!

Pretty good - Edit
We had their Thai salad wraps, vegan burrito and vegan nachos with their homemade cashew cheese. Everything tastes really good and fresh. The vegan cheese was quite salty but still very edible. The choice of veggies on the nachos was very original and surprising, but I ate them all up nonetheless - would visit again.

Amazing find - Edit
What a treat to find this place - enjoyed lunch so much we came back for dinner. Lunch was comfort food, just like something I’d have made at home: veggies in a Romesco Sauce on a bed of polenta topped with cashew cheese. Every bite was amazing. My seafood-loving husband had the best calamari he’s ever had. Dinner was a yummy vegan pizza - big enough that it will be lunch for me today. Make sure you stop by the Drift Inn if you are in Yachats!

Surprisingly good! - Edit
Surprising option in Yachats with multiple vegan and vegetarian options clearly labeled on the menu. Our server was very knowledgeable about options and what contained dairy and eggs and what substitutions were available. They make their own cashew cheese and offer a vegan chik’n patty or a black bean quinoa burger. The regular bun is brushed with butter but their gluten free option is vegan, and was surprisingly good. Friendly staff, would definitely return.

A few vegan options clearly labeled. What a nice surprise in this tiny coastal town. We had cashew cheese vegan pizza and a nice spinach salad with faux chicken. Few more options. Checked out the breakfast menu and it is very vegan limited but worth the try.

Lots of vegan options at this cute ocean side restaurant! Got the teriyaki bowl just with vegetables, but it also comes with gardein chicken. Waitress was friendly and service was fast! Will definitely return next time I'm in Yachats.
