For instance, all frittatas can be made vegan using JUST Egg, Chao cheese and tempeh are available as substitutes, and there is almost always a vegan soup. Plus, all pastries are vegan. Best breakfast burrito - Edit
This was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! I usually don't go for them because they are mostly dry or greasy potatoes with not much flavor but this was the opposite. Perfect combo of potatoes and veg with fresh salsa and microgreens, and the fake egg and cheese held it all together.. their house hot sauce was delicious too but it didn't need it. Super nice cozy place and a view of ocean waves! Wow!

THE vegan breakfast spot in Yachats - Edit
Pretty much every breakfast item on their menu can be veganized. All of their pastries are vegan by default. We got vegan breakfast burritos, and they were very good! Will probably hit this place every time we roll through.

Good Vegan Options in Yachats - Edit
Super friendly & helpful staff is willing to veganize/alter to your request. We got the tempeh tacos and vegan burrito, both of which were tasty and healthy. Definitely get the (free) salsa as my only nit is that the burrito is a little on the dry side and needs the salsa. They should add/offer the delicious cilantro lime sauce they use on the tacos for the burritos as well (hint, hint 😉). Definitely give them a try if you are in Yachats!
