Gorgeous views, great food - Edit
We loved this place. Tons of vegan options including sushi rolls. This restaurant is really cute and had breathtaking views. We got the curry roll, orange tofu, and the Thaijitas. We also got an iced mango tea (can't remember the name), but it was phenomenal! The curry roll was very unique and tasty. The Thaijitas were a 10/10 we both loved them. The orange tofu was okay, but lacked spice. The waitress was very nice and brought me a selection of Sriracha and spices to make it more flavorful. This is a good place to go after hiking around Zion.

Poor service and mediocre food - Edit
We came to TS on our first day in Springdale. Food was not bad but service was poor. They forgot our order and put pressure for us to leave. Did not clean up the table in between and we ended up struggling to eat on a relatively small table. At the end asked us to leave parking lot immediately to free space for other guests

Great Thai food with vegan options (though fairly pricey) - Edit
They had a great selection of vegan food options, including appetizers (spring rolls, edamame, samosas, fried tofu, etc.) and entrees (pad thai, fried vegetables with tofu, vegan curry, etc.). The server knew immediately what was vegan and what that meant. The food tasted amazing (esp the pad thai), though was somewhat pricey.

Only one curry is vegan and tiny portion - Edit
The menu states that only the yellow curry is vegan which was tasty but I think it had just two small pieces of tofu. In came in the smallest bowl which was over half curry. I get where we are but come one! How cheap can you be? Appetizer was edamame which was super wet/soggy with zero flavor added like how about a sprinkle of garlic or cayenne? Love Thai food and this made me sad 😔

Good flavor - Edit
Got the yellow curry. Waitress said it’s the only curry without fish sauce, making it vegan. Not a huge portion but paired with the rice it filled me up after a day of hiking and tasted great! Friend got the passion fruit mango drink and the seaweed salad (both indicated as vegan also) and liked them. Another solid find in Zion.

I really liked the yellow curry with tofu and the fried veggie egg rolls, and my partner liked his pad Thai. Portions were filling. Pricey but as expected for the area. Nice view!

Great place to refuel after your hike! - Edit
Low-key, laid-back Thai restaurant right by the gates of Zion National Park. It's a great place to refuel after a long hike! There are several vegan options which are clearly labelled on the menu. I enjoyed the yellow curry with tofu, which came with a side of rice. The curry was delicious, bursting with fresh vegetables and tender, shallow-fried tofu. Portion sizes were just right. Our server was very energetic and friendly. Our food came quickly.

OK overall - Edit
We stayed just across the street for two nights and ate here both nights. The egg rolls and the yellow curry (the only vegan curry) were alright, but the tom yum leaned a bit on the sweeter side and the pad Thai was too wet and peanutty. The bach sio (pad see ew) was a little bland and lacked that smoky wok hei flavor. Overall I wouldn't say the food was great, but it was adequate and it's probably the best bet in the area for vegan options.

An ok option - Edit
Options that CAN be made vegan are marked v. No key explains what this means. This seems like a recipe for confusion and relies on waiter knowledge.
Read moreOk, whatever. In our case, the waiter was quite good, the wine was good, the food was fine, expensive tourist Thai, and an ok bet in a town with iffy vegan options everywhere. You have several items to choose from including a curry. I had the Bach sio which was fine and featured rather leathery precooked tofu.

Really good - Edit
They have a number of vegan options. Ate here two nights and they have a good variety in order to do so. They can get slammed and your server may be in the weeds—be nice, be patient. vegan yellow curry bowl was a bit small, that was my only issue but it was really good. My partner loved their pad Thai.

Yummy but overpriced - Edit
I ordered pad thai (without egg), and it was yummy but a little too sweet. Adding tofu cost $3 extra, making this an $18 dish.
