Our favorite spot in Springdale - Edit
In our three days in Springdale, we ate here three times. Even our 4yo loved it. We went to Bryce Canyon first, where there were so few vegan options, so when we came here we were so happy. It was good Thai food in general, not just a decent vegan option.
Read moreOur favorite dishes (after trying most options) were the yellow curry and the Tom Kha soup.
Vegan options are clearly marked, and staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
They had a dessert option, but we were always too full to try it.
Right off the Springdale shuttle, stop 2.
Pros: Delicious , Vegan options clearly marked , Dessert option

Good - Edit
Small menu but vegan options clearly marked. We had vegan Tom yum soup with tofu, vegan egg rolls and yellow curry tofu with rice. All good as long as you go in with the expectation that it’s a tourist spot in Utah so flavors seem to cater to western tastes (not spicy!). However it hit the spot and included lots of veggies

Very good Thai Vegan Food - Edit
Many clearly marked options. Food was fresh and delicious. We started with a salad with tasty dressing and tofu appetizer. The tofu was silken inside and crispy outside- delicious. We had the pad Thai and drunken noodles. Both were some of the best we’ve had. They even made Thai iced tea with coconut milk. So very good. Highly recommend.

Clear Vegan labels, best option for Zion by far - Edit
Beats the hell out of anything you can find in the park, we had bland fries for lunch at the lodge XD. Food is really good and the menu is clearly labeled. Put that all together and I’d highly recommend them while you’re visiting Zion.
Read moreSome other reviews call them overpriced… my friends, it’s a touristy town catering to Zion tourists, everywhere gouges you a bit, these guys were no worse than everywhere else.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Clear labels, Very near Zion park

Sapa in Springdale - Edit
I ordered the Fresh Springdale Rolls and fried rice with tofu. The rolls were good, but overpriced. I really enjoyed the fried rice, but would have liked more tofu, especially since it cost $3 extra.

Vegan options / can be made vegan labeled clearly on the menu - Edit
Got the veggie yellow curry with rice, solid flavors.
Read moreAlso got the vegan pad Thai with tofu, overall taste a little on the sweet side but overall was pretty good!
Was really craving rice and a good hot meal, so this was a solid choice. They also have non vegan options so it works for a family / mixed situation.
Food came out pretty quick which was good cause we were super hungry! More Indoor seating than outdoor
There was some parking behind the restaurant, not sure how busy it gets during in season

Overpriced and sugary - Edit
They can make many dishes vegan. It's pricey for small portions and didn't taste very healthy. Yummy though.

Thai is always a great option for vegans but this place has a nice ambiance, friendly staff and conveniently located across the street from the west entrance of Zion National park. Oh yeah, the food is great too!

Best vegan food in town! - Edit
I had the sea weed salad and the yellow curry with tofu and it was VERY good (especially after a long day of hiking). Everything in the menu is clearly labeled vegan or vegetarian and they even have vegan desserts. There’s something here for everyone (meat and non-meat eaters). 10/10 would recommend

We did enjoy food for 3 days here. We were trying almost all vegan options. All was good. I would recommend that restaurant. I came back in March 2021. I still have the same option that food is super good.

Loved it! - Edit
Portions were great and everything tasted so good! I got the drunken noodles and a samosa starter, both were everything I dreamed of! The sign on the door asked for patience as they are at half staff due to covid, but they were quite speedy! Also great wine selection!

Beware - Edit
Beware!!! I see why all the bad reviews. Portions are small. We got pad thai, drunken noodle and chicken fried rice. I eat Thai often and know there are variations in flavor but this pad thai just did not taste right. We order it medium spicy and it had no spice. The drunken noodle portion was also tiny. Ok most drunken noodles are wide these were like fettuccine noodles and undercooked. Flavor was ok but again asked for medium and it had no spice. Then we got chicken fried rice in a medium which was so over spiced it was inedible. We waited about 45 min for our food not the 15 minutes as stated by server. This is a to go order. We took the fried rice back and just asked for a refund due to everything else.tasting so bad and long wait. The manager came and started yelling at me asking me if I had been to Thailand and that I didn't know what medium spicy was. I said medium should be the same.across dishes and our other stuff was under spiced. She was yelling at me. Worst customer service. Not to mention the chicken in all our diahed was dry and flavorless. They definetly have issues in the front and back end of this restaurant.

Impressive - Edit
We ate early for supper and the place was fairly quiet - at least for awhile. We had a nice view. The restaurant was very pleasant with good music. The most impressive thing was that all the vegan items on the menu were clearly marked. The service was friendly and helpful.

Right next to the entrance to Zion, a place to enjoy some flavorful Thai dishes. Care is given with ingredients that are fresh, service that is friendly, attention to detail inside and out. A little expensive but worth it to give this place a try. We will return when in town.

okay, but not great - Edit
I wanted to like this place because of all the vegan options, but the food just wasn't that great. We shared some standard Thai dishes (spring rolls, pad thai, yellow curry), and everything was okay but just not very flavorful.
Read moreAfter we ate lunch there, they let us leave our car in their lot for the rest of the day. This was really nice of them, because there wasn't much parking so near the park entrance, and other nearby parking lots were charging $20.

Cons: not very flavorful, pricey

Great Food! - Edit
We visited Thai Sapa after a long day of exploring Zion National Park. This cute little restaurant is conveniently located just outside the park, making it easy to walk to. We were seated right away and our server, Jaymes, was very pleasant and helpful with the menu. My husband and I both really enjoyed the meals we ordered and would definitely recommend this place.

Food was OK - Edit
We appreciated that this restaurant is so close to Zion National Park and with so many vegan options clearly marked in a dedicated section on the menu. The staff was friendly and attentive. We found the food to be a bit oily and just ok. It is on the expensive side, at least 50-75% more than what we would pay back home. We would likely eat there again next time we are in Zion simply because of the location.

Cons: Expensive, not the best Thai food
