This is one of my go to’s. They’ve expanded their menu and honestly everything here is delicious. The best plant based queso is the best I’ve ever had-honestly no one would know it’s not real cheese. This is also a great option for ordering larger quantities for entertaining.

This is a great place to get healthy and tasty meals. Steamed kale, tofu in a yummy sauce, different grains or bean for the day options, tacos, the best homemade veggie burgers in Nashville and pretty much anything a vegan would want in a casual scoop and serve setting.

I didn’t expect to like this place as much as I did. I got the jalapeño burger with their house made veggie burger and it was delicious and filling. The kombucha was okay…not very refreshing. Had a piece of the gluten free carrot cake which was also yummy

This place blew us away. So many delicious options!! We had the Thai Ginger bowl, southwest BBQ burger, and bbq quesadilla with a side of pad Thai salad to go. We loved every dish. The bowl was by far our favorite! They do happy hour M-F 3-6pm with $2 beers and $5 apps. Highly recommend

Delicious, healthy food with something for everyone! Definitely a must try around here. Staff are always helpful & friendly. Rotating specials and happy hour specials, too. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried from Sunflower! Love Sunflowet Bakehouse in Donelson, too!

Great Casual Place for Lunch - Edit
We ate here for lunch three times on our recent visit to Nashville. They have seating inside as well as an outdoor deck. We didn't try their bowls, but had several salads, sides, homemade veggie burgers, and sandwiches. We enjoyed everything we tried, nothing disappointed us. We look forward to returning here the next time we come to the Nashville/Franklin area!

Maybe my favorite vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is vegan unless you add dairy cheese, and all of it is reasonably priced. The workers are always really friendly too. The parking lot can be kind of a nightmare though

Just Get the Jalapeno burger. It won't disappoint. The umami savory-ness & fullness you want from a burger without the meat. Broccoli slaw is another fav. They have consistently rotating menu options to try.

I love the lasagne which is the Wednesday special. I sometimes order a catering size for holidays and my birthday. The original hummus is as good as my homemade hummus. The orginal BBQ is delicious. I love the no bake cookie. I haven't tasted anything I don't like. Since the entire restaurant is vegan, I don't have to think about someone messing up and putting an animal product in my food.
Read moreThey have a sister store that is a bakehouse. It would be great if they could bring some of the baked goodies like the cupcakes to the cafe. My daughter was surprised when she got kicked out because she works at Chick-fil-A and was holding a Chick-fil-A bag of food when she entered the restaurant. That probably could have been handled a little better. This is the only reason I did not give it a five star rating.

Sunflower Cafe food is just SO delicious. It's fresh and feels healthy, too. My favorite meal to order is the traditional BBQ (in a wrap) with a side of broccoli salad.

Hands down one of the best vegan restaurants we have been to. A diverse, delicious, and fairly priced menu, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. If you are in the area, you MUST stop by.

My server the other night was very friendly even though it was take out only, very happy and helpful when I had questions about the meal. How ever the cook at the time, male, seemed to be very upset and angry that I asked to have my food cooked separated and then things added on the side, i heard him slurr multiple rude things and wish the owner would notice these things as he was standing right there, other then that the food was okay and the service was absolutely incredible. 10/10 service 5/10 food due to the cook being so rude and obligarent

This was our most memorable meal in Nashville. May 14 2020 sat inside. We were the only ones there in the late afternoon during Covid season. I had a Tempe barbecue wrap and my husband had the traditional barbecue wrap and we ordered a kale salad, beans and rice and mashed sweet potatoes for additional sides. We purposely ordered way more than we could eat so we could have leftovers later… But it was hard to save any because it was so darn good. Super friendly service too!
