Great place to stop after a day of hiking! A few great options. The service is very fast, we were in and out in less than an hour. They do not serve alcohol

Great food with well-labeled vegan options - Edit
Very good food overall - smooth hummus, delicious fried cauliflower, light and crispy falafel, all well-seasoned. Had vegan and vegetarian options labeled. Would like more vegan entrees. There are two for lunch but only one for dinner. And finally, service was phenomenal. Fast food and no issues at all.

Service was excellent. I have the spicy hummus, pickles and olives, and falafel. All were beautifully presented and very tasty. Portions and prices were just right.

Meh… - Edit
Had the lunch special falafel pita, it was ok, not bad but a little bland and sparse. Good thing is that is has vegan options clearly marked on the menu, they are mostly just falafel and hummus. Price was alright if a bit expensive for what it was. Don’t recommend getting drinks, they’re not made with fresh ingredients and taste very artificial (iced tea and lemonade).

Decent Middle Eastern - Edit
I grabbed a late evening meal in Moab after riding the motorcycle from Denver. Hummus and a falafel appetizer was good enough to get me some nutrition before hitting the hotel. The falafel was a little different than I’m used to, however very tasty, with an enjoyable green tahini sauce drizzled atop.

Vegan Falafel Pita! - Edit
They have clearly marked options on the menu for vegetarian, vegan, and halal.
Read moreThe lunch menu had the falafel Pita marked vegan, while the dinner option (sandwich) was not. They happily made the dinner option vegan. The sandwich was really good, and the shoestring fries were some of the most properly-fried fries I had in town (some bad fries in other places in town).
Pros: Menu clearly marked, They are flexible, Delivious

I had the Mediterranean Bowl, sooo good! Everything is labeled on the menu. I did carry out and the falafel was still warm when I finally opened up the container. Hoping to try the stew next!
