Serves meat, vegan options available. Sandwich shop and bakery with an option to build your own sandwich. Coleslaw is vegan. Sandwich comes with a small baked treat, but as there are no vegan baked treats available, vegan sandwiches can be served with fresh fruit (ask). Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-3:00pm.

Great vibes and service with solid food and treats

Excellent service and atmosphere. Great variety in food options and pastries as well as a nice shop for vegan take-home food (cheeses, candy, etc). I had the Reuben, and partner has the breakfast burrito. Both were solid but not something I’d write home about.

Few options, but serviceable; no-frills bistro

There are only a couple of naturally vegan options at this restaurant. I had the farmer's wrap with chips and coleslaw (vinegar-based) and it was pretty good. According to their menu on Google, the farmer's wrap comes with a honey mustard dressing; mine did not and it was not advertised as containing it on the menu board, so ask and request without if you want to avoid honey. You may be able to veganize the vegetarian paninis by removing the cheese, if looking for a hot sandwich.

This was a relatively inexpensive no-frills dining experience, but sometimes that's what you're looking for. Not bad for a quick and straightforward meal. Bakery items are not vegan so don't go if the bakery is the selling point.

Pros: Modestly priced, Straightforward meals, Good options for health-mindful diners

Cons: Limited vegan options, Bakery is their specialty but no vegan baked goods

We did find a handful at Moab Garage Co, including a peanut butter bar and coconut macaroon. Both were very good.
