素缤纷, at 杭州市下城区延安路346号米兰花园酒店10楼, is a Taiwanese buffet restaurant on 10th level of Hangzhou Milan Hotel, just beside exit C3 of Fengqi metro station. Huge range including salads, soups, vegetables, desserts and mini hot pot. Many items, except the pastries, are vegan. Egg and milk labeled. Some dessert may contain honey. Lovely Taiwanese buffet

Friendly staff welcomed and seated us even though we were about half hour early. Helped ourselves to their tea bar in the comfortable sofa before the buffet started.

Wide selection of items. They also have items that are prepared to order. Just clip your table number to the names of the dishes that you want. No extra cost.

If you want to try as many dishes do arrive early as they don't seem to replenish most of the items.

Most of the items have labels indicating if they contain eggs/ milk. If unsure just ask. We asked if they could make us vegan temaki（手卷）, and they happily did so for us.

They serve breakfast too, also buffet, but with less choices. Dinner cost us 79RMB per person. Not sure about lunch and breakfast cost.

Pros: comfortable place, good selection , great service
