Delicious food at reasonable price - Edit
This place was great! We ordered the spicy quinoa tofu, sweet and sour lotus root, and miso soup; it was all super tasty! Prices are very reasonable too. Menu and payment is done via apps so have alipay/others ready. The staff don't speak english but are very friendly.

Between Hangzhou Kerry center and Decatlon is a small walking street. If you enter the walking street via Hengchangshou road with Kerry center on your right, you make a left turn to the walking street (I upload a picture of the walking street) and then you will walk towards decathlon. In the walking street you will see Qingchunli on your left (photo uploaded)
Note! Waiters won’t speak English. They expect you to order via WeChat. If you don’t have it then you have to ask the waiters for a menu.

Wonderful restaurant in Hangzhou near the west lake and the Shangrila midtown located adjacent to the Kerry shopping plaza. Map pin isn’t fully accurate but is close enough. Look for a little pedestrian walkway with several restaurants near the pin. The food was amazing, fresh, delicious, some spicy! My favorite were the soup dumplings; it’s been 10 years since I’ve had one and thought I may never have one again but they have managed to make a vegetarian (possibly vegan) soup dumpling and they are amazing!! Everything we tried was delightful and I highly recommend seeking out this place for a meal or more when in Hangzhou. We’ve eaten here twice already😄

Fine yet affordable delicious fusion - Edit
Thanks to HappyCow I discovered this great vegan restaurant in Hangzhou! Great Chinese-Western cuisine. The pasta, dumplings, noodle and vegetables were all delicious. I didn’t love the tofu-quinoa dish but would still give it a 5-star for the extensive delicious menu and fine atmosphere.

Incredible, tasty food. Vast menu. Savoury, sweet and drinks. Ordering was a little faffy with QR codes/Menu in Chinese/WeChat. But could have potentially ordered with a server. The server came to clarify any dietary requirements or spice aversions! We managed to communicate through phone translation aps! Prices were very cheap for such a standard of food. Settling seems authentic and simple. Menu had English titles, but not very much detail about what you'd be getting. The Wechat menu gave a little more detail.
