This is a pizza parlor with lots of vegan options, on a separate vegan menu.. I had a California vegan stromboli. It was filling, though a bit bland and bready. Though not bowled over, I left satisfied.

I really really wanted to love Strombolis. There are lots of options, which is awesome! It seemed like almost everything could be made vegan. Had a few kinds of vegan meats - vegan chicken and steak. The big thing for me was that the cheese they used was just... weird. Didn't really melt, kind of rubbery, hard to describe... the dough was great, the toppings were great, the cheese just really threw me off. Next time I would get something, load it with toppings, and just get it sans cheese.

we love strombolis for a quick, delicious, convenient dinner! there are only so many vegan restaurants in rochester and most of them are closed sundays and mondays, but stromboli’s pulls through! classic rochester italian food, friendly staff, and a reasonable price point. 10/10 would recommend!

I think it's great that they have a pretty large vegan menu and also that they do their own deliveries ($25 minimum, but the $ is going to the local business and not to a price gouging food delivery service app) However, this is the third time I've ordered takeout from them and every hot item has always been cold. Their vegan chick'n is also consistently dry, bland, and extremely chewy- I've had it on the chick'n sandwich and on the chick'n salad. I also ordered the mozzarella sticks and while they were a pretty good flavor, they were barely breaded, small and few, cold, and limp- not at all what I expected for $9 mozzarella sticks. Their veggie boli is pretty good and their dinners are a good value for the price, but as I said before every hot item I've ordered here has been very cold when it got delivered (I live and work just one mile from them).

I absolutely love the cheese that Stromboli’s uses for their vegan pizzas! It melts and tastes like regular cheese. Their sauce is also delicious as well. Definitely my favorite place to get pizza in Rochester.

They have a completely separate vegan menu. Be sure to ask for it. They make their own mozzarella and pepper jack cheese in house. They also make their own dough in house.

The owner was so nice and told us he's planning on expanding his vegan section. Uses a local vegan cheese. There were so many options that it was hard to choose. They even had vegan cinnamon sticks which I've never seen before. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

In the last year, thanks to being approached by a chef with extensive vegan experience, the establishment now has extensive vegan options. Vegan cheese is made by this outside chef, and includes three types; seitan is available as a meat option is also custom made for this business. All of this was shared by the owner, who is eager and curious to explore more vegan options.

Service was excellent. Setting is casual.
A vegan printed menu is needed tableside; all vegan options are listed on a whiteboard by the cash register. We already plan to come back here.

My daughters and I ate lunch here today trying the buffalo cauliflower boli and a vegan cheese pizza. We all loved it and the crust was perfect!

I really liked this place. The vegan eggplant stromboli was very good. The raspberry vinaigrette on the side salad was the usual weird thick stuff, but it was good - large portion of field greens with tomatoes, onions and bread. They have wine and beer. I liked the music and decor. Parking is convenient in the Scio Street garage.

Vegan Cheese First Timer - Edit
I am recently vegan but man will this place keep me going as I am an avid pizza lover! I was hesitant to try vegan cheese but the Stromboli I had was delicious! They cook everything very well and I cannot wait to order again!
