Excellent food, relaxed atmosphere

Hungry and driving out of hectic central Montreal to the country it was a relief to find easy, free (it was Sunday), on-street parking in a more relaxed neighborhood but minutes from downtown. Spirulina has a great selection of bowls, smoothies, and more, with plenty of veg and vegan options. I thoroughly enjoyed my sesame salad — a huge bowl of romaine, tofu, red cabbage, carrots, edamame, green onions, peanuts, cilantro, sesame seeds, and sesame tahini dressing. Tasty and satisfying. My other half had the chicken avo salad and enjoyed it, too, but tasted mine and pronounced it better. The spirulina smoothie (banana, pineapple, spinach, spirulina, ginger, chia seeds, and cold-pressed orange juice) was delicious. The outdoor seating in a sidewalk pergola was charming. Service by the friendly, knowledgeable staff was superb.

Healthy & delicious

Usually I avoid ordering simple avocado toasts at restaurants, but I'm addicted to theirs! The juices are so tasty and I love their vegan Ceasar. They have lunch deals with a toast/salad combo and it's literally perfect.
Staff is incredible nice and the locations are so cute!

Delicious veg eats

A nice, trendy looking smoothie place offering a variety of avocado toasts and nice coffee drinks. It was nice that it was just a few steps away from Sherbrooke Street. Close enough to the action but in a more relaxed location. They have a few fish items and a honey but there was tons to eat.
