San Diego-based mobile pizza company, located in Minturn for the summer 2022 at The Agora - a social gathering space. Offers non-gmo, mostly organic, wood-fired pizzas, salads, sides like mac'n cheese, meatballs, and cheezy bread. Also has weekly specials and serves breakfast every Sat-Sun until 2pm. Also offers Just Egg bowls, açaí, carrot lox and breakfast sandwiches. Open Wed-Fri 11:00am-9:00pm, Sat 9:00am-9:00pm. Closed Sun-Tue.

The best find ever

Crusing through Colorado after a long week camping in the mountains we just really wanted some vegan pizza. This place was absolutely mind blowing amazing . We got 2 very different all plant based pizzas and the vegan rocky road for dessert sooooooi good. Best we ever had!

Right in the same area is a local wine cellar. So great!

I am in heaven.

Best place in the mountains

This place was amazing. The staff were incredibly kinds and the atmosphere was incredible. Tons of fun games and nice shade. Food was out quick and Incredibly delicious. Some of the best macaroni I have ever had. The pizza was also incredible. Highly recommend this to all vegans and non vegans

Great spot in Minturn!

Delicious spot to grab a bite in Minturn! Will be back to try more options!

Pros: Lots of vegan options!, Delicious food, Funky environment of the pop up

Cons: Slightly expensive

Best Pizza Ever!

Slapped is truly one of the best vegan restaurants we have ever experienced. We have tried the hot mess, the cheese sticks, and the Caesar salad and I can say it’s the best pizza I have ever had. I normally refuse to eat vegan cheese but their recipes are delicious! They also source local ice cream from Denver that’s as close to the real thing as possible. Bring home a bottle of their ranch, you won’t regret it!

Delicious!

I am so happy to have a vegan spot in the valley… Such a great pop up in the heart of Minturn. Their pizza is delicious! I got the pesto pizza topped with arugula and feta and a lemonade! Yummy- my friends are not vegan and they LOVED it! Will be back weekly until they close in October 🌱🌱🌱

Pros: All vegan options !!! , Outdoor setting , Pup friendly

Cons: They are not here permanently

Great spot. Good food.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the hot mess (pizza) and the protein pile (quinoa, chick pea and spinach salad). 1 pie and salad were a great lunch for the two of us. I think that salad would make a great meal for one. Filling and delicious. The pizza was good. In general, I find vegan mozzarella gooey. They haven’t solved that problem, but they use it sparingly and I appreciate that a lot relative to other vegan pizza places. The crust was great and the ranch sauce was a nice addition. I wish them much success.

Must Try!

Yummy, fresh and innovative. Relaxed atmosphere. Totally hidden gem! Had a She Fancy pizza and was brought a sample of the creation of the day by the chef. Both blew my mind!

Truth in the Title

My friend and I ordered the She Fancy pizza and Protein Pile salad to share. We both really enjoyed them and can’t wait to try everything else on the menu! The owner, Lauren, and staff are welcoming, friendly, and passionate about real food.

Vegan pizza in the valley

Lauren, the owner and chef, is very friendly and happy to answer questions. Everything I have tried is amazing. I will definitely come back so I can try everything on the menu!

AMAZING

I’ve been vegan for over 10 years and gluten-free for almost a year and this is hands-down one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had! We were visiting vail from Denver and ended up eating here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time.

Lauren is thoughtful and intentional in her cooking and you won’t leave her restaurant feeling sluggish or tired. Food is meant to give you energy and that’s exactly what hers does!

Make sure you try everything on her menu if you can! And grab her homemade vegan Jalapeño ranch!!!
I swear I’d drive 2 hours just to eat here. It’s amazing!

Pop-Up Pizza Spot in the Mountains

This woodfired pizza spot was so delicious! It was an outdoor spot with live music on Saturday nights. Everything on the pizza was vegan with many different vegan toppings. They had their own vegan banana pepper ranch that was absolutely delicious.

Pros: Full vegan pop-up, Delicious variation of ingredients/pizza toppings, Sauces were unique and flavorful
