Idk. I’m a lousy vegan and a solid vegetarian. I pursue this lifestyle for ethical, ecological and taste preference reasons. I like the occasional vegan mock meat or dairy stuff, but I like vegetable forward foods and appreciate Mediterranean and Indian food traditions that offer so many delicious vegetarian and vegan options.
