Amazing find in a tiny little mountain town - Edit
We were in town, Beaver Creek/Avon, for a family wedding and looking for a vegan-friendly place to eat. This quaint little cafe was absolutely perfect. I’m vegan and ordered the Raj, a black coffee, and a boozy brunch drink (the fizz). My hubby is vegetarian and ate the Lou’s scramble, a cold brew coffee, and a boozy brunch drink (the dude). We paid $60 + tip it came to about $75. Indoor and outdoor seating available as well as counter seating. Vegan bakery options as well.

The bagel with vegan cream cheese was soooo good, there are not many places with vegan options around, so this is a good find! I also had one of the smoothies and the gf blueberry muffin, it was delicious! My fiance had eggs😄

We had the Raj and it was delicious. They also had a vegan grilled cheese, I’ll try that next time. The Sunrise Smoothie was very good and they let me use my reusable cup. They make smoothies with coconut yogurt. I like it when there are vegan options to order that I don’t have to ask for them to change. I’ll go back soon.

Five stars!! (App only lets me choose 4) Super friendly staff, place was very cute, and the food was AMAZING! We had the Raj and the vegan grilled cheese. Both were delicious. The vegan blueberry muffin was the best blueberry muffin I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Unique vegan options in the valley. - Edit
This is a relaxed main street Minturn location with typical prices and walk up service for the area. We've really enjoyed three of the vegan options that were fresh and quality; Raj, grilled cheese and hippie sandwich a few times.
