En Perú encontre un gran restaurante ubicado en la ciudad imperial CUZCO. Una variedad de platos vegetarianos buenos para la salud, por ser nutritivos y muy deliciosos. Recomiendo este restaurante SHAMAN muy aparte de la variedad de su comida es la buena atención y mucha calidez del personal. VISITA PERÚ!!

When looking for information about vegetarian places in Peru, the result is big. The top cities for this offer are Lima and Cusco, but when really looking for the real ones, the search comedown and only few are real for vegetarians or vegans. The Shaman Vegan is a top class, beautiful service, nice decoration and perfect location in a quite place near of the main square in Cusco. We ate often during our stay at the inca city. All the options were good and delicious.

Quedé absolutamente fascinada desde que entré al local, todos los platos lucían increíbles y al probarlos quedé satisfecha. La sazón es muy buena y la atención también. Todas las personas que trabajan ahí son muy esmeradas y te atienden con calidez.. Fui con mi familia, quienes no son veganos y también quedaron encantados porque todo es muy delicioso. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

What it's missing for most vegans is the spirit to understand the divine. The Shaman Vegan offers such a combination at their restaurant to also think on the spirit. The meals are carefully prepared, nice presented and healthy. At the community table you can share with other travelers your adventures and learn about what else to do. THE BEST VEGAN IN PERU - Edit
Your visit to Cuzco is taking to special places. The tourists sites are surprising, the folkloric demonstrations at the squares are so alive that you want to be part of the dancers, and to complement all this, the food is also delicious. We tried a few times the Shaman Vegan Raw Restaurant and each time we were amazed. Can tell that it's the best vegan in Peru. At this restaurant, is not only the food which is good, but the spirit of the healthy food and history that the team of people working there exhudes. We recommend this place if you are in Cuzco.

The Peruvian cuisine is in top ranking, and the SHAMAN Restaurant offers a high quality in food and diversity. It's very artistic with a lot of things for a small place.
