Forget going somewhere fancy to eat - go to the Shaman Restaurant and you will love it.

I had the quinoa soup, vegan omelette and a portion of vegan cheese on the side.
Let me just say- you will never eat such an amazing vegan omelette anywhere else in your life. Trust me.
I also saw they do vegan pancakes but I was too full to eat anything else so unfortunately I had to pass.
I really wish I could have eaten there again. Everything was amazing.

Visited here for a drink on our last day in Cusco. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the cuisine as we had to go to the airport! Got a mixed fruit juice for 7 soles and some gluten free biscuits for 3 soles. It was quite hidden!

The food was good and basic and local. Fresh ingredients, peruvian style. The vegan cheese was not the best ever, but all together we had a good meal. My partner had the red sauce pasta and loved it. Big portions, by the way.

Diferente y mas que un restaurante de comida natural, espacio cultural, con vision de la naturaleza, de la tierra y del cielo. Comida deliciosa y el personal dispuesto a servir, a ayudar con dudas de la región. Fuera de mi casa, esta es mi casa cuando necesito alimentarme. Los felicito y deseo muchos exitos para continuar con sus servicios en Cusco. As it's name suggest, this vegan place is run or linked to Shaman activities. The decorations show this as well and there is so much more to see inside.
Read morePlace can seat enough people, atmosphere was quiet and relaxing (lunchtime) and staff was very friendly. Also WiFi available for travellers.
Food is great, many options including good total raw dishes which you don't find easily. Nice free welcome bread on the house with three spreads.

I rarely give full marks for anything but I can't find any faults with this restaurant. The menu is vegan with a small menu of raw foods. The menu is available in English, service is friendly, and the food is good. Live music started just before we left. Definitely worth a visit.

En pocos lugares uno puede encontrar varios elementos para concluir que esta en el lugar correcto. Pense que la practica espiritual y su busqueda solo sucedia en retiros, en ashrams o centros parecidos, pero he encontrado en el Shaman vegan raw la union de varios de estos puntos, lo que lo hace mi favorito ya que la busqueda de lo saludable tambien tien un transfondo espiritual y sin necesidad de justificar que no se debe de matar animales para sobrevivir, sino que esta practica de respeto nos hace crecer espiritualmente. Recomiendo profundamente este restaurant en el corazon de la ciudad inca del Cusco. Sus comidas son muy buenas y sus valores bastante accesibles.

Lugar acogedor, no muy grande pero ofrece lo necesario dentro del mundo vegano. Restaurante lleno de mensajes para entender que tenemos que ser mejores individuos al servicio del planeta y cuidando el medio ambiente. En su mesa comunitaria se puede compartir con otros viajeros una deliciosa comida y muchas aventuras de los que recorren el mundo. He hecho amigos de otras tierras en esta mesa y esperovisitarlos un dia en sus casas. Quiero retornar al Shaman cada vez que vaya al CUsco. Cusco es una/ciudad de encanto y de historia,una ciudad de colores y de magia, no se la pierdan y visiten el Shaman Vegan que los sorprenderá.

Si bien en Lima por ser la capital se pretende que todo sea mejor, me ha sorprendido encontrar el Shaman Vegan Raw en Cusco y especialmente porque sus creadores están envueltos en los temas espirituales, lo que lo hace un restaurante único al no separar el cuerpo del alma. Su comida es deliciosa y artisticamente presentada. Sueño con retornar y compartir otros momentos que su gente. Sigan adelante por el beneficio de los animales y por crear consciencia para un mundo en la realización de la paz.

Quinoa é comida na minha cidade, mas apenas de forma limitada porque não temos toda a experiência de fazê-lo em diferentes preparações. No restaurante Shaman Vegan, ficamos deslumbrados com a variedade de pratos que eles podem fazer desde a sopa, seu tabule de quinoa, sua quinoa jardineira e até mesmo a sua sobremesa de quinoa eram deliciosas. Além de todos os preparativos de outros cereais e legumes, suas bebidas também foram impressionantes. No Brasil, precisamos retornar ao natural sem esquecer as delícias que a natureza nos oferece para ter opções de refeição saudaveis na nossa mesa e contribuir para a proteção do meio ambiente. O Shaman Vegan nao só nos serviu comida deliciosa, mas também nos educou sobre a Pachamama e a cultura ancestral dos Incas. Quando visitem Cusco, não percam este restaurante fantastico.

I was traveling in Cuzco desperate looking for a place where to eat like home and thanks to the information of my hotel I found the Shaman Vegan restaurant and simply ended more than satisfied for the quality of the food, the kindness of the people. And if you are traveling in the search of shamanism and subjects of the spirit, talk with the administrator who has a high level in the education in inca history and sacred science of ancestors. I tried a few vegan restaurants in Peru and no doubts, the Shaman Vegan is the best. Food it is not exagerated salty or with additional flavors to change the natural taste of food. Some people are claiming that the vegan cuisine needs to be as the classic Peruvian taste, and you can not forget that the official or traditional food in Peru is based in meat. I saw most of the vegan cafes or restaurants putting to much oil everywhere, and changing the flavor from nature pretend to introduce them as a good cuisine. The set menu of the day at the Shaman is delicious and not expensive, but all the options they offer are also exquisite and well decorated.

No como la comida super condimentada como la mayoria de los otros restaurantes vegetarianos, el Shaman Vegan te ofrece la opcion que pongas mas Sal u otras salsas, aparte que su comida tampoco es saturada con aceite. Me parece la mas saludable que he encontrado en el Cusco y en el Peru. No se lo pierdan, su decoracion es lo maximo y te aporta la energia para entrar en contacto con tu Ser en su escencia.

Went there twice and every time I found the staff so lovely, especially the lady and her little girl who always welcomed us with a big smile. Set lunch menu is very filling, it comes with homemade dips and bread, entrée, soup, main, dessert and drink. It was simple and good. But really the highlight was the quinoa con leche (like a rice pudding but with quinoa) which is now my favourite dessert - warm and creamy quinoa in almond milk with fresh cloves, cinnamon, toasted almonds and raisins. The day I ordered this I was cold and wet because of the bad weather - in a few minutes I felt alive again!

Fui porque una amiga me lo recomendó, mis expectativas no eran muy altas hasta que entré al lugar. Se percibían las buenas energías además del ambiente hogareño. Tenía una carta variada e interesante decoración. Ordené una sopa y un plato de fondo, los cuales tenían un sabor muy agradable y un decorado muy bello. Me fui satisfecha, sin duda alguna, volvería a ir.
