Large selection

Give yourself plenty of time to browse! This is a huge warehouse space filled with foods that aren’t normally found in Alaska. Very easy to find vegan staple foods to more exotic snacks. Such a cool place!

Pros: Huge selection, Products not found elsewhere in Alaska

Cons: Expensive but not bad by Homer standards

They have everything

If you are looking for vegan snacks or want to cook for yourself, this is the place to find specialty ingredients. They have vegan ice creams, Daiya cheese, Tofutti cream cheese, tempeh, jackfruit, Field Roast, Tofurkey, Gardein, fair-trade chocolate, gluten-free items. They also have an extensive Asian section. The produce doesn't always look great and is often expensive. You can find bargains and good quality, though, if you're persistent.

Pros: Huge selection, Things you can't find anywhere else in Homer

Cons: Pricey

Best bet for Homer vegan grocery

Definitely find Save-u-More if you need a selection of vegan pre-packaged foods, organic produce, or cooking ingredients. Prices are high, per Homer, but you can find almost anything you need to make good vegan food in this store. There is no bulk section. There are plenty of natural laundry, cleaning, and personal care products as well.

Pros: Best selection in town, Organic produce available, Many natural foods brands sold

Cons: Pricey, Not an obvious location
