More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I can't imagine putting an animal into my mouth! Ever since I was a kid and realized "meat" was really the animals I love, I have been unable and unwilling to eat them.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I always check Happy Cow when I travel- locally, nationally or internationally!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved Reykjavik! I would love to visit just about anywhere!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Raw zucchini "noodles" with nut creme. Homemade "Vice Cream" from the recipe book of that name.
