Not vegan friendly, at least not anymore - Edit
Not a vegan friendly place at all. We were told over the phone that they have plenty of vegan options — and even have marinated tofu! That was a lie. When we got there, the person working the counter didn’t inform us of our options, and really seemed annoyed to be dealing with vegans at all. We got the one veggie option that seemed we could veganize but had to remove many of the ingredients. We waited over 40 minutes for the most basic sandwich imaginable. During the wait I thought maybe it was taking so long because they had to marinate or bake the tofu, or make a vegan sauce, but no. What we got was unseasoned tofu cubes and some veggies on some meh bread. I went back to the counter to ask for any sort of sauce to make the sandwich better, and they came back five minutes later with some french’s mustard. I’m honestly so insulted that they felt comfortable serving this to us especially given the wait time and price. Not to mention we were lied to about options available to us. Just be honest and tell us you have nothing for vegans. Oh, and the coffee was more weak and flavorless than a keurig.

Tofu - Edit
They do offer one vegan sandwich on the menu, but it is a hummus wrap. So bonus points for having a vegan option, but the option itself is not terribly exciting. They also have tofu, which can be subbed in any sandwich. Unsure of what sauces/condiments were vegan, I asked if they could make me a tofu sandwich on ciabatta with whatever else they wanted on top. The cashier said that the chef would be excited about the challenge. I received all of the ingredients from the hummus wrap on a ciabatta with tofu added. So while I am very glad I was able to eat a pretty good sandwich, I was hoping for something more interesting and creative.

Unexpected options - Edit
We had lunch at Latitude 59 on a Sunday when most other places are not open in Homer. At first glance the menu seemed impossibly sparse for a vegan, but upon inquiring the staff were completely knowledgeable of options and informed us of the house-smoked tofu that is not on the menu but can be swapped for any protein on the menu. be made a salad. The choices then became refreshing for the area, and I enjoyed the hearty salad that resulted.

Cons: Menu doesn't look veg-friendly but it is, Peanut sauce isn't vegan, No brown rice or whole grain options
