Unexpected options - Edit
We had lunch at Latitude 59 on a Sunday when most other places are not open in Homer. At first glance the menu seemed impossibly sparse for a vegan, but upon inquiring the staff were completely knowledgeable of options and informed us of the house-smoked tofu that is not on the menu but can be swapped for any protein on the menu. be made a salad. The choices then became refreshing for the area, and I enjoyed the hearty salad that resulted.
Pros: House smoked tofu, Knowledgeable and accommodating staff, Open sundays
Cons: Menu doesn't look veg-friendly but it is, Peanut sauce isn't vegan, No brown rice or whole grain options
