There are not many great vegan options in this area but alot of side dish options. Take what you can get. Food was ok.

We went here on our first night in Istanbul because it was close to our hotel and we thought that at the very least we could have hummus. They have at least three starters that are vegan and then a 4 dish vegetarian section that is easily veganizable. Just ask them to remove the cheese on top or the yogurt sauce and sorted. The flavours were not amazing but tasty enough, price wise it's in the tourist trap area but if you find yourself around there, I'd recommend it over to other places.

We had the spinach dish (vegetarian)and the filled eggplant (i think its vegan) and ordered rice as a side. It was delicious!

Lovely vegan-friendly place - Edit
I chose to have dinner here with my omni parents based on reviews on Happy Cow. I ate a vegan vegetable casserole, my mum ate a vegetarian salad, while my dad ate meat, so everybody could find something.

The casserole was extremely hot (and fresh), and I needed to wait quite some minutes to start eating it.
The staff understood what veganism is, and we're very friendly.

I loved the veggies in the clay pot and the stuffed leaves, very yummy. You’ll have to tell them twice not to put cheese in your dish because I had to send mine back, but they fixed it

The place is now called "Saltanat fish & kebap house". Despite the name, they actually have around around 8 vegan mezze options available. I didn't check the mains. Good options, food tastes great, price is fair and service is friendly.
