Good options, average execution - Edit
Safari has four exciting vegan options for mains, we had the braised tofu (€13) and marinated seitan (€14). Despite good texture, unfortunately the seitan was quite bland and the chips that came with the tofu were really salty.
Read moreI particularly found this frustrating as the options were priced the same as the non-vegan options, despite clearly costing less to make. If you're going charge the same price you need to follow through with taste.
Despite this the atmosphere was really good and the service was excellent.
Pros: Ambiance, great view, lovely staff
Cons: Expensive, poor execution of simple dishes

Tasty vegetarian food - Edit
It was a great surprise to find this restaurant in the middle of the busy praia da rocha. In this restaurant you will find food options for every member of the family or your group of friends. Me and my partner tried the vegetables’ curry and the quinoa burger. Both super delicious. We also met the owners whom are very friendly. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Wir haben ausgezeichnet gesessen mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt einige Vegane Gerichte auf der Karte wie z.B. Seitan, Gemüse-Curry, Tofu und Quinoa Burger. Wir wurden überaus freundlich beraten und bedient. Auch für Vegetarier und nicht-Vegetarier geeignet.

Read moreMy seitan was really good and soft. But as a dish wasn't my favourite. Too sweet. Agave sause plus sweet strawberry rice seemed more like a dessert than dinner.
But still very happy that I could find a place that serves something else than vegetarian spaghetti😉

Great vegan menu - Edit
Ask for the vegan menu and you’ll find options like seitan, veg curry, and great starters and desert. Very tasty too. Great to find such good vegan food on the beach of Portimão.
