Vegetarian restaurant using ecological products for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Eco-friendly and pet-friendly. Many gluten free options. Vegan cakes, muffins, sourdough bread and others - also gluten free. Exotic and local organic ingredients. Salads, dishes, specialty coffee, smoothies, curry, etno bowls, hummus chapati. Please note that kitchen closes approximately half an hour before closing time. Open Mon-Tue 09:00-23:00, Thu-Sun 09:00-23:00. Closed Wed. Kitchen closes at 10:30pm.

Kind and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere, and healthy food. The bowls for dinner were hearty and well balanced with protein and veggies. For breakfast I had the vegan pancakes, which were great, sort of a wholemeal taste/texture. The food is not super cheap but very nutritious and tasty.

I really enjoyed the serene energy of this spot. The menu offers diverse interesting and healthy options, all of them without refined sugar and chemicals, a 95% being organic. On each table they had an informative booklet, teaching about the benefits of some of the ingredients they use. I had the kimchi bowl with chickpeas and the loto latte with a pistachio cake for dessert and would return anytime to try more. The staff was very friendly.

Read moreI tried a bowl (Kimchi): semi-warm bowl of rice with kimchi, mixed lettuce, microgreens, marinated tofu and peanut-lemon dressing.
I tried it both with and without dressing: very good in both versions. Accompanied by home-baked sourdough bread. (Gluten free option available!)
I came back and I also tried one of their breakfast bowl (w vegan conconut yogurt: sooooo freshy delicious!!!) and their indian style Curry w chickpea: highly recommended!!!
Very friendly and helpful staff!
The location is very calm and cozy!

I had a great meal at RootBark! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, and the cocobowl was amazing—perfectly blended fruits, vagan yogurt, and toppings in a coconut bowl. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. Highly recommended!

This place offers vegan meals to those in a pinch. While there are multiple options, they aren't particularly numerous. Reading the ingredient lists, I'd double check before ordering. Taste was good, but not fantastic. Staff was nice.

This place was a sure for show eyes after several days on the camino in small villages. I hsd the Tijuana bowl which was delicious and beautiful. Fresh veggies, avocado!! I also had the mushroom latte and a brownie all were excellant. Vegan options are clearly marked. I highly recommend
