Serves meat, vegan options available. A busy Glens Falls lunch spot is an offshoot of Rock Hill Bakehouse. Offers one or two vegan soups daily, along with a vegan chef's whim. The owner is vegan and is working on making the cafe fully vegan or opening a separate location that is. The menu is all about lunch (sandwiches, soups and salads) but it still serves food after 3:00 pm. The vegan menu offers a VLT (vegan, lettuce & tomato), a wing burger, a grilled asparagus sammy, breaded seitan wings with boo cheese dressing. Seitan and veggie burgers are locally made. Staff is happy to make any substitutions for vegans. Open Tue 7:00am-3:00pm, Wed-Fri 7:00am-9:00pm, Sat 8:00am-7:00pm. Closed Sun, Mon.
