Gute Baguettes - Edit
Es gibt ein gutes und großes veganes Baguettes mit Hummus. Leider waren alle süßen Backwaren nicht vegan.

Very expensive but at least they have vegan food options on top of the bread - Edit
In Belgium people don't eat baguette like in France, so I was quite happy to find this bakery although the prices were outrageous (more than 2€ for a baguette...). But at least they had plenty of vegan options which is unusual for a bakery. Their hummus sandwich was sold out but I checked their website to confirm and it's indeed vegan!
