Her's how to get there... - Edit
Walk on the right side of soi 39 (coming from Sukhumvit) for 10 minutes. When reaching Soi PhromMit turn right. Walk for some minutes in Soi PhromMit until you reach a restaurant on your left-hand side called "Cucky Suki" / "Ducky Suki" or something like that. When reaching this restaurant turn left into the subsoi and walk for about 2 minutes. Rasayana is on your right hand.

Best Vegan restaurant in Bangkok! And the only 100% Raw, try it! You will be amazed! 💚🌞🌱 - Edit
This is a 100% Raw Vegan restaurant (not vegetarian as stated on Happy Cow until now) and it is stunningly good!
Read moreReally high class gourmet Raw Vegan. They have authentic RAW Vegan Lasagna that is too die for, RAW Pizzas, raw spaghetti, amazing raw soups and crazy good deserts!! 🤩
Really if you ever want to have limiting beliefs like "Raw Food is boring" challenged, or just want to have healthy oil free and mostly organic nourishment, THIS is the place to go!
And the atmosphere.... my god to find a nice quiet green corner in busy Bangkok is such a blessing! 🙏💚🌳
They have an amazing huge big tree 🌳 that gives shade & privacy and the restaurant is lovely decorated with a beautiful variety of plants. 🌿🌱☘️🍀🪴🍃
Oh and they grow their own wheatgrass and some other stuff.
MENU & DELIVERY
You can find the full menu on their website https://rasayanaretreat.com/ and they also do delivery 🛵., either through their website or Grab etc
RAW FOOD EXPERIMENT
So, if you are a raw foodist, an aspiring raw foodist or just want healthy food instead of vegan junk food: this really is the place to be.
And even if you like vegan junk food, they have healthy varieties for that 🥰
ALLERGIES
I have several allergies and they were very good in navigating that, telling me which I could have and which not they manged to adjust the epic Vegan Lasagna for me so that I could finally have one! 🤩
DETOX SPA
This restaurant is part of a detox spa, so you could try a colon cleanse, which is highly recommended if you haven't done that before, super super healthy.
But to each their own of course 😉
REMOTE WORKING
Overall, for me, it was a pleasure to do 5 hrs remote working here, the internet was rrrrreally good and stable, the tables nice, good power outlets, but bring an extension cord, just in case.
Also, I personally like the heat, so I didn't mind being outside in the middle of the day.
A benefit of raw food is that the body processes it easily, so you don't get very hot 😅
And this extensive review is only out of enthusiasm, I am a raw vegan for 2 weeks now (after 10 years "regular" vegan) and it's a pleasure to find such a gem in BKK.
Pros: Fine dining Raw Vegan for reasonable prices, Only 100% Raw Vegan in town, Endless variety of dishes 🤩
Cons: Couldn't find anything

Hidden gem in Bangkok - Edit
I went for a Raysana retreat spa and an end of spa meal at Raysana Raw Cafe. Raysana Raw Cafe only offers raw vegan food which was a refreshing treat for me. I ordered the Mushroom Pizza, Raw Cacoa Tart and a free Carrot, Tumeric and Pineapple juice. The food was filling, tasty and fresh. The service was good.

Best raw food cafe in Bangkok - Edit
I rarely had raw food before until my friend suggested me this place. The place is so peaceful that hiding in Soi Sukhumvit 39 which consider in the middle of the city.
Read moreI like the way they create their raw food and make it look so similar to regular food like pizza or carbonara. Their desserts are also delicious, especially Tiramisu is my favourite.
Not only raw cafe they have, but they also have a retreat spa service which I tried for the first time ever of Colonic therapy and it was really great experience. I would definitely recommend my friends to try out this place and I'll go visit again for sure.

Great place to eat - Edit
Thanks to the instructions of this website I was able to find this place. First took the Skytrain and then followed the route as explained in other review. (Thanks!!!) It's a retreat, people serving were dressed in white. I was the only customer for the raw food cafe when I was there. A week ago I was on a 1 week fast in Ko Samui, for colonic cleansing. That were I heard about this place and Happycow. The food at Rasayana was excellent, divine really. I had a Ceaser salade and a vegi sandwich. Especially the sandwich was so special. I can recommended this place to anybody into healthy food. Yes up-scale prices for Thailand but more then worth it. I'm going to try to eat at this place everyday as long as I'm in Bangkok.

RAWsayana in BKK - Edit
Nice little raw focused cafe attached to a wellness center in Bangkok. The menu is not super huge, but what they do have, they do well. Outdoor seating. Although a plethora of vegan eats in BKK, not too many are raw. Drop into Rasayana and give it a try.

It appears they have recently changed some of their recipes of cakes, i.e. the lemon tart. I have ordered cakes from this place MANY times, and always loved it. The new recipe no so much.

Unique food, refreshing drinks, yummy desserts - Edit
Their food is creative and healthy. For the taste, it’s good in my view but I would say it could be a personal preference. They also have a spa so it’s good for a full retreat, have nice relaxing massage and eat some healthy food. Staff is quite limited so the service can be a little slow.

Food was okay, very pricy and bad service - Edit
The menu photos on happy cow are different then what it is now. More expensive. I paid almost 400 bhat for a very small portion vegan sushi and a slice of banana pie. I was the only customer at the restaurant outside. The food took a while to come, but after I ate it I never saw the server again. I waited for a Long time finally I got up and went inside to their spa reception and asked if I could have a slice of pie from the case. I felt as if I was a bother to them. From then it tooo another 15 minutes for them to cut me a slice, still being the only one there. When I was finished I went inside and paid. The first lady who gave me water was kind but I never saw her again and the other women who I assumed was the spa receptionist seemed bothered I was there as well.

It's pleasant place.
Read moreThe raw nachos and taco salad were delicious but the portions were small, but surprisingly more filling than I thought. The drinks were super expensive and I just bought a Kombucha. To make raw drinks shouldn't cost nearly over double regular places. You just need fruit and a blender.
The banafee pie was pretty good. The food was lovely but it was too expensive.
Pros: good raw food options
Cons: very expensive especially the drinks, could use bigger portions

Loved this place - I walked from the BTS through quiet little lanes and was greeted warmly by the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful and very lush with lots of trees and plants and it's nestled away from the hub of the city. The menu selection is abundant and so are the choice of vegan desserts! The food was fresh and tasty. Loved it and would go back!!

Good food and work space - Edit
The menu was overwhelming because there were so many to try! The nut loaf was great and so was the tiramisu. They offer an array of raw cakes as well as products like coconut yogurt and dressings. Did some work here too and the ladies were kind enough to help me sort out a charging outlet for my 3 pronged charger. The service - the food came very fast and the ladies were nice. They mostly stayed inside the spa though (it's outdoor seating), so everytime a customer needed anything, they had to get up and get them. Relaxed atmosphere and good food.

Always enjoying the raw food dishes at this beautiful location. My favorites are specially the raw cakes which are amazing. I recommend salty caramel cake and tiramisu a must try! Stuff are all very sweet. You can also do some work here. Plugs are available. They have snacks like dehydrated fruits for take away too.

Raw vegan HEAVEN - Edit
Where to start with this place? The food was so fresh and put together with so much care. Most of the food was organic, activated or fermented, with lots of emphasis on the health benefits of the vegan diet!! Yes it is pricey for Thailand, but you get what you pay for and is little for the equivalent you would pay in the west. The service was great and the location was nicely removed in a little garden paradise next to the retreat. Simply divine raw goodness

Creative Fresh Healthy & Alive - Edit
Reminiscent of NYC's Pure Food & Wine. This tiny cafe hidden inside a small resort is creative, tasty and of course healthy. I had the taco cups which reminded me of vegan dehydrated pizza chips in terms of flavor. The desserts also looked amazing although I didn't try any. Bought a homemade power bar which was surprisingly unsweetened.
Read moreLittle pricey but where else are you gonna get a raw meal prepared in this style in Bangkok or even greater Asia right?
