Finally Good Vegan Ramen in NYC!!!

Tried this place in LA and thought I’d have to go back to California for good vegan ramen again. So glad they opened in NYC!!! The oyster mushrooms you get in the ramen taste so much like scallops or some other seafood, and the broth is amazing. It takes like normal non-vegan ramen too, not like all of the other weird vegan ramens I tried that tasted weirdly healthy or not like normal ramen.
