Best Option in Bismarck - Edit
Bismarck, ND is practically barren of vegan options. I tried to embrace what few options they had. Qdoba, with their Impossible meat protein and the introduction of vegan bowls became a solid ally. Aside from the vegan bowls, you can mix and match several options to create your own salad, burrito, taco, or bowl. Personally, I love their taco bowls. It's awesome that the shells are vegan. If I could change one thing, I'd like for them to improve their guac recipe.
