Dope asian food!!!! - Edit
Love this place and the chef/owner is amazing! He is also a sommelier! I had the vegan pho which you can absolutely tell it is house-made and with a lotta love, so I don’t mi d paying the price for a good pho like this unlike the other people complaining about the price. I tried the steamed buns and a glass noodle dish that were both super delicious. If you’re looking for a place with dope vegan asian food, THIS IS IT! Def a 5 star for me but since this place is not fully vegan, the app won’t allow me to give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Single vegan dish - Edit
Having any vegan food available in the area is a blessing. Noodlezip only has a single vegan item, the Vegan Pho, despite others like a vegan curry still being listed on their online menu. The pho was good. Its pretty expensive, but we got enough portions out of it for two meals because the bowls are very large. Pickup service was fast and staff was friendly. Would just like some more options on the menu.

Vegan Pho 🍲 - Edit
The restaurant menu isn’t as big as the online menu (only because they are currently understaffed). I ordered the vegan pho and it tasted amazing especially during a cold winter day. It smelled wonderful, has a cinnamony aroma. It had firm tofu, thin noodles, green veggies, etc. It’s a huge serving for one person and served in a huge bowl 🍲 could probably be shared by 2 people

Clearly marked vegan options - Edit
I was driving through town and researched vegan restaurants in Bismarck. I am glad I found this place. The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. We had the veggie dumplings as an appetizer. I was hoping to try the vegan Singapore noodles but they were out of it. I ended up having the vegan Pho which was excellent. I was also hoping to try the vegan mango pudding but that was also not available. It’s just as well, because I could not finish everything. I tried, though, because it was so good!
