Farmer's Market
Minka Peru has an organic farm 30km outside town. On Thursday, the owner comes with a van full of fresh, organic produce to Huanchaco. You could place an order in advance if you like (see facebook page). Situated at the entrance of a hair salon. Open Thu 10:30am-1:00pm.

Wide selection for reasonable price - Edit
It's not exactly a market, but one woman (Ruth) selling organic produce from her farm. The size doesn't matter; the quality is excellent. I love the wide variety in especially types of lettuces (sorry, don't know names) which is a pleasant change of the standard Peruvian leaf veggies like spinach and acelga. These two are for sale here as well, by the way. Other veggies (depending on season): carrots, beets, cucumber, but also herbs like coriander, mint and such.
