Good service, good burger - Edit
But limited options - really there are only two burgers that can be vegan and that’s it now. The burger was really good though, service was good, cider (cans only, none on tap) was also good

One vegan veggie burger and a veggie option that can be made vegan. Burgers had good flavor but fell apart easily. The menu lists vegan chocolate and vanilla softserv shakes but Proper doesn’t have either. They said the vegan milk was discontinued? Very disappointing since that was our reason for going!

My husband and I dined at proper and he is non-vegan so he had the wings and onion rings and he said they were one the best wings he ever had. I had the Bollywood burger, which was good, but it was a little light on the sauces and it did fall apart pretty easy. The sweet potato waffle fries were awesome. I could’ve just ate those with the proper sauce and I’ve been happy. My major disappointment was they were out of vegan ice cream and it really didn’t sound like they were gonna be getting it back. That is one of the reasons I picked this place because it’s so hard to find a vegan milkshake. The service was good and our waiter was super friendly and helpful. We really liked their beer.

They actually currently have three vegan burger options on the menu and I commend them for doing this. The 3 burgers sound creative, but lack in the delivery. I appreciate their attempt to make a vegan patty in house, but it is more like a crispy polenta patty than a “burger.” With both Beyond and Impossible on the market, most non-vegan restaurants would be better served by serving these popular and well known plant based burgers rather than venturing into trying vegan world and trying to reinvent the wheel. I’d love to see these sandwiches stay, but labeled more appropriately. They do have vegan cheese, chili, and aioli! So bonus points there.

So glad that I found this place for a mixed group. The vegan burger 🍔 was tasty and it even came with sweet potato fries 🍟. I had the Bollywood one and loved it. Also the beer 🍻 selection is great. So glad I came here.

There were several vegan burgers to choose from and they were marked vegan on the menu. I had the Da Vinci and it was delicious! We had a flight of beers and they were good too. I really wanted to try a vegan shake for dessert but I was too full. The rest of my family loved the chicken wings, burgers and fries. The staff was friendly.

The vegan aspect of this place was great! I liked the Da Vinci burger a lot, and the sweet potato fries and strawberry oat milk shake were good as well. The beer was just ok on average.

Perfect option after our day of hiking. Nothing like a cold locally brewed craft beer to cool down and burger to replenish! We had the Vegan Chili Cheese Burger and Vegan Bollywood Burger and added a side of fries. Both burgers were delicious and the fries are ok.

This is the place if you want a good vegan meal, everything else in town seems to only have vegan meals with substitutions. The vegan burgers are delicious, and the beer is top notch!

If you are in Moab and looking for great vegan fare then this place is a great option. It’s newly opened and has dedicated vegan choices on the menu. We have been through Moab many times and struggled to find decent food - especially when we have our dogs and want to find a nice patio. This place ticks all our boxes. We had the vegan chili cheese burger and fries. Highly recommend.
