Feb 2024 - no longer Veggie Pret - Edit
According to signs outside this branch, Veggie Prets will be no more. Sadly this, and other branches of Veggie Pret, will revert to being omnivorous branches after their veggie “experiment”.
Read moreThis means the loss of a range of vegan pastries, which included plain, chocolate and almond croissants, and a whole range of vegan sandwiches and salads. Very sad.

Super good croissant - Edit
The Choco croissant is really good. Worth going only for that. The others pastries and drinks are also good. Big and calm area downstairs, good for teleworking

Would love if they had an all vegan branch - Edit
About half veggie, half vegan. The egg sandwich is my favourite thing.

Good array of vegan options! - Edit
Had the Mac n Cheese but have had baguettes before. All been pretty good for coffee chain expectations. Quite expensive for what it is; Mac n Cheese was 6.25! But I guess that's Pret for you. No vegan tax for vegan milks which is always nice and better coffee than most chains.

Working above here was a blessing and a curse! A full counter of vegan pastries is an absolute dream, it's a rarity to be able to get a vegan croissant so thanks pret.

Great vegan options - Edit
I go out of my way on route to work so I can stop off here to get lunch sorted. Love the eggless mayo and roasted tomatoes baguette - they do a few different versions of this, and the meatless meatball wrap (hot) is really good too. Main draw is vegan almond croissants which are amazing.

Visited twice while visiting London this time and found prices to be quite reasonable for London! Great veggie options, as well as fruit cups to grab on the go 👌🏻

Veggie Pret 🥐 - Edit
I used to be unimpressed by Veggie Pret locations years ago since the vegan offerings seemed sparse and/or boring. I heard Pret really stepped up their vegan offerings, so I gave them another shot and was shockingly impressed. First, they have loads of delicious looking vegan options now. But where they really stepped it up is in the baked goods department. They have many croissant flavors and I’m obsessed with their plain croissant…like if I walk near a Veggie Pret I have to walk in and buy a croissant type of obsessed! This location is super easy to walk to if you’re visiting Spitalfields or Brick Lane.

Good vegan options - Edit
Lovely staff, clean place and tasty food. Good place for a quick meal. I don't like spicy food and often have a problem that vegan options have something spicy added. But here there were several non-spicy tasty choices.

Amazing!! - Edit
Fresh and delicious vegan sandwiches and amazing croissants too. I had the egg and cress baguette and it was so tasty. I only wish that there were more Veggie Prets across the UK and not just in London. Awesome.

Best idea from Pret - Edit
Pret is usually my go to for lunch as they'll always have a vegan option or two available. So to have a fully veggie pret is great, so many vegan options :)

it's Veggie Pret! - Edit
Love this. They have the regular veggie options usually in the standard pret as well as additional options being piloted.
Read moreVegan brownie had great gooey texture and rich and chocolatey, but I found it too suguary.. ideally would contain half the sugar content though.
Coffee is consistently good, with soy and coconut milk options.
Good plant based coconut breakfast pots and vegan miso soup.
Lots of comfy seating downstairs in this branch, and tables outside for good weather.

Lots of new vegan options! - Edit
This is the second veggie pret in London. This location offers new vegan additions to the menu, including a vegan brownie and a vegan "mac and greens", very tasty!! Only served from 12pm. Vegan breakfast pots and desserts are also on the shelves. When it comes to sandwiches they have introduced a vegan baguette on top of their vegan wraps and salads. Their matcha latte comes with coconut milk by default.

Cons: lack of vegan gluten free options
