Great comfort food and service. - Edit
Very welcoming atmosphere. Nice terrace and lots of space inside even if you just pop in (if you're lucky) otherwise defo book ahead! A bit warm inside in this very hot summer though.
Read moreLovely comfort food. I had the shredded "meat" in red wine (small plate) and the pasta of the moment (large plate) and both were very good.
Special mention for Louise who was great and very available and helpful.

Exquisite - Edit
Présent brings the vegan food experience to a level I have not often experienced before. Everyone from the staff is extremely amiable and the mood of the indoor restaurant is warm and authentic.
Read moreMy partner and I returned three days after our first visit because we had such an amazing dinner. We highly recommend to try the effiloché du vin rouge and the fried chicky as starters, and the mozza and pasta for the main dishes. We were also enamoured by the smokey fig cocktail.

Mostly very good - Edit
I’ve now had two meals here: a dinner of smashed cucumbers, stuffed tomato, and clafoutis; and a brunch with French toast, an open-faced scramble sandwich (“brunch toast”), and fries. Most things were good. The stuffed tomato and french toast were great. I have to take a star off though because the clafoutis was absolutely inedible. Rubbery to the extent that it couldn’t cut with a fork. Still though, worth coming, maybe just don’t get the specials.

One of our favorites in Paris - Edit
We found out about this place through their store. It was a lovely meal! We tried the caesar salad and the croque monsier. Amazing flavors. Would definitely go back!

Good experience - Edit
Very friendly staff, excellent cider. The apéro - two appetizers - was good. For the main course, we choose two smaller plates. My son loved the croque monsieur. My plate was a vegan meat replacement served with slices of white bread and nothing else - some veg maybe? As a non-French probably, I found this a bit odd: vegan food is much more to me than fake meat. The profiteroles were good, though I would choose something else the next time.

Nice menu with tapas, small plates and large plates, so you can share, or not.

Too bad it only opens for dinner, hopefully someday that can change.

Excellent - Edit

Cons: Bruyant

Great fine dining! - Edit
We had a great experience dining here! We shared a starter, enjoyed cocktails, had two small plates (shared), and finished with dessert! It was fancy and upscale without being fussy or pretentious.
Read moreThe only caveat is that they don't serve anything other than drinks and appetizers before 7pm, which is strange to an American (I knew this before I arrived, so I was prepared).
Cons: No mains or small plates before 7 pm.

Great vegan gastronomy restaurant in Paris - Edit
Finally, the vegan concept store “Aujourd'hui Demain,” which opened at the end of November 2017, has its own gourmet restaurant.
Read moreThis restaurant is currently open in the evenings at the end of the week and on weekends, before extending its opening days and hours.
The concept is to choose mini plates to share or a full meal to sample the creativity of the chefs at this location.
The concept store already offered delicious dishes for lunch and brunch, but now we can enjoy refined, gourmet cuisine, which is sorely lacking in Paris.
I chose to try these starters, main courses, and desserts:
- A delicious cheese board from Casse Noisettes, with fruit, condiments, and butter of the moment, which was delightful to share.
- A cordon bleu, which looks and tastes so authentic thanks to its perfect texture!
- Mimosa leeks with Joris sauce
- Shredded beef in red wine, confit fillet, shallots, gondino and chervil, my favorite dish, with an amazing texture and taste. We finished the plate with the delicious sauce!
- Crème brûlée, very good but lacking a little caramel flavor and yellow color
- Tiramisu, very light, not too sweet, very good texture and coffee flavor.
The location and lighting are perfect for a cozy and intimate evening.
The staff is attentive to customers.
I can't wait to go back and try the other dishes!
Pros: Welcome, choice, deco
