One note Banh Mi - Edit
This was a place I went to on a Sunday when everything was closed. The banh mi was pretty flavourless, had to ask for mayo removed. I have been to some amazing places in Paris for a good banh mi (such as eatime where I also remove the mayo) and there has never been an issue with flavour. I am glad to see that they have vegan options, the bare minimum, though.

Good bo bun, medium banh mi - Edit
Bo bun is satisfying and refreshing, although the egg rolls are a little starchy. Banh mi doesn’t have a whole lot of flavor—maybe the lack of egg and mayo.

A lot of vegan options : banh mi, bo bun, bao... All of them are delicious and filling, highly recommand for a quick and delicious lunch

Great Bun Chay - Edit
I had the Bun Chay, and it was delicious. Kind staff. A bit noisy from the cars, but nice to sit outside with the beautiful buildings around. Worth a visit!
