Pleasantly Surprised at Premier I. - Edit
We have stayed here multiple times and can easily enjoy a vegan breakfast. We also invite in local family for breakfast and the hotel welcomes the extra guests and happily accommodates us all. When arriving for your breakfast, inform front of house and they will let chef know to cook up some vegan sausages and facon. That, accompanied with fresh bread that has been gently toasted, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns etc, plus a really tasty, black coffee, and you are set up for the day. I can only verify the breakfast experience but have seen the vegan supper options which do look quite nice. The fact that vegan options are available is encouraging! For a British chain of limited service hotels, I am constantly (and happily) surprised at the attention to detail offered to their customers.
