Great independent spanish tapas restaurant with vegan options and very accommodating

I have been to Sanpa quite a few times, and I will say up front that my husband is friends with the owner, but I genuinely rate it as a good option for vegan food and they are super accommodating and will veganise things where possible, for example the patatas bravas are on the menu as coming with a traditional sauce which isn't vegan, but they will happily give you allioli instead, which is (and it is utterly delicious as well).

You can have vegan paella, which is for two people but you can order it for one and take the rest home, they will box it up for you, so you get a lunch/dinner at home too. They also do vegetable fajitas, just ask them not to put the sour cream on (although it does come separately anyway so if you forget your meal will still be fine).

The bread and allioli is lovely too and they also have padron peppers and green salad. I have always left feeling stuffed and it's all really tasty and made fresh.
