Organic chocolate shop that contains a little cafe that also has many vegan options. Specializes in hot chocolate made from cacao mass that can be customized. The store is located in the center of Copenhagen right by many museums. Mostly vegan except dairy milk option. Open Tue-Thu 10:00-17:00, Fri-Sat 10:00-18:00, Sun 10:00-17:00. Closed Mon-Tue.

I tried both the Traditional and Aztec chocolate, and loved each for its unique flavor. As a true chocolate lover who often enjoys the original Chuncho cacao from Peru, I can say this chocolate is top-quality, rich, well-prepared, and clearly made with care.

Great Aztec chocolate, calm place - Edit
I’ve tried their Aztec tasting board made with water, the iced chocolate made with oatmilk and the date(?) balls.

The iced chocolate drink made on oatmilk was okay but too sweet for my taste.
There’s different non-vegan cake options (muffin, cookies) and some date(?)-chocolate-balls which are vegan. They taste fine, but imo they are a bit pricey for the size, and I would have wished one of the cookies had been vegan, too, for example. So come for the Aztec chocolate, not the cake options :)
I’ve been there twice and no music was playing - which to me is a big plus!
There’s a backgammon game and specific spots to sit in case you want to work on your computer.

A disappointing visit - Edit
I read the other reviews and had such high expectations but I ended up disappointed. There were some vegan options, yes. But three raw food balls which I am quite fed up with as a vegan.. I ended up having a vanilla milkshake which basically tasted like vanilla oat milk. The service wasn't that nice either.

Le lieu est convivial, le gérant était très avenant, il a expliqué tous les détails et m'a fait un délicieux chocolat cru à la canelle option vegane servi dans une belle tasse ! J'ai pris une boule d'énergie aussi pour l'accompagner, aussi, il y a des éclats de fèves de cacao cru sur chaque table pour grignoter !

They were not eaven open yet and we got served morning Coffee. Iced Coffee was served vegan without ICE cream on request. Hot chocolate was good and also made for oat Milk if needed.

Great hot chocolate in a calm environment - Edit
Located very close to the National Museum, this is a great spot to have a little bit of rest while sipping a great hot artisanal chocolate.

Oat milk is used as vegan alternative.
The place is very cozy and the staff was welcoming.

I had a Mexican Chilli Cacao, which is something I never thought I’d have as a hot chocolate, but it was very nice. Oat milk used 55 DKK, (£6.50 at time of writing)

Nice staff, and cocoa in a new way. Remember to ask for oat milk if you want it vegan. They also made their own, homemade raw-vegan chocolate bars and raw balls.

I suggest to come here and even work, spend some time in this lovely Danish cafe. I took a hot chocolate with oat milk & some raw coconut and chocolate little balls (?) 🤪 delicious! The owner is the sweetest person on earth and will make everything to make you feel comfortable. 🩷

We went there to expect a very special chocolat experience but what we got was a very average and overly sweet hot chocolat. Presentation of the cup is unique but taste only moderate. Pricy for what we got.
