A lot of vegan options - soup after 11.30. The cake was delicious, as the match latte. A little expensive, but it is normal around Reykjavik I think. The place is cute and nicely decorated. In any case, it is nice to know that there are places like this even in Iceland!

A gem of a vegan place! - Edit
This is heaven for vegans (and others, too), full of tasty options and it's all vegan! It wasn't too busy when I went, so I stayed a while and tried all sorts of things - a cheese roll, a tofu bacon sandwich, and a piece of chocolate cake (which was, no exaggeration, life-changing). Also a cosy and cute place. Kinda quiet atmosphere, which was nice for studying/working.

This is a sweet little cafe with a selection of baked treats, pre made sandwiches, soups, and coffees. I arrived so hungry so ordered a tofu bacon, lettuce and tomato. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crispy and the tofu bacon had great flavor. My dessert was lemon raspberry cake and I said yes to the whipped cream. I’m almost crying how delicious this whipped cream is!!!

The day we went the soup of the day was a mushroom soup with focaccia (a gorgeous voluptuous flavoured thick focaccia) and hummus, and it was so good that I was astonished. My partner ordered a sandwich, so rich and tasteful. Then we ordered an hot chocolote with espresso and wipped cream, a cappuccino with almond milk and a decadent bluberry Chocolate cake. So good.

I got the three topping porridge with Cinnamon apples, Choco drops, and peanut butter. As well as a chai latte to stay warm in the snow. The porridge was pretty good. Not very sweet like some I've had throughout Europe but I prefer it that way.
Read moreFour stars rather than five because I felt the chai was okay. I think it needed to be both sweeter and spicier if that makes sense. It was kindve just slightly spiced milk. But was warm in my belly so for that I can't complain.

The cafe is pretty small but we managed to get a table at peak lunchtime (it’s great to see fully vegan places busy). There’s a good coffee selection and some cold drinks like kombucha. There was a few sandwiches/toasties on offer; my partner and I both liked the look of the tofu “bacon” BLT. Neither of us were disappointed, the tofu was perfectly seasoned with a hint of smoky flavour and the garlic mayo was epic. There was also a mushroom soup and a few specials (some sort of carrot on toast and a galette). Cakes on display looked appetising. 100% would return, and it’s reasonably priced by Icelandic standards.

This restaurant was quaint and cozy, giving small coffee house vibes. The staff was friendly and they were quick to get our drinks and food out. We tried a cream cheese pastry, the waffles, and the toast and tofu scramble- all were rich and delicious. We got some pastries to go as well as some of the vegan chocolate they carry near the register.

I visited this place on my last day in Reykjavik and instantly wished I had come sooner! Their menu is delicious, and the pastries I tried were incredible. It's a great coffee shop in Reykjavik with excellent coffee—and trust me, as a frequent coffee drinker, it's hard to find good coffee in Iceland. While traveling around, you'll mostly come across filtered coffee, and few places have actual baristas.

I went here twice, once to pick up a chocolate cake to bring on a roadtrip. It was a really good cake! I went back two days later to have a sandwich which was also amazing. Great place! Didn't advertise any waffles which made me a bit sad after seeing the photos here.
